This gated community is ideal for families and features plenty of updated, modern conveniences. Take advantage of the many on-site resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully-equipped game room with a pool table and air hockey

Plan for that next exciting Florida family vacation at this pristine, two-level townhouse with full kitchen, furnished balcony, and several Oakwater amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fun-filled game room. The master suite has a plush king-size bed and an attached bath while the guest room has two twins. With two bedrooms, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to six guests quite comfortably. The well-equipped, full kitchen has plenty of prep space, drawers and cabinets containing a host of essential cookware and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your stay.

Only 1.5 mile away from Disney World, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Florida home

Great location, you're actually out the gate in Walmart parking lot, so convenient. I love that we had to take shoes off in house. Owners replied quickly on any questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Master bath is a bit small for two, but we made it work. ( just needs another mirror in closet) Ive maker worked great in fridge. I would stay just for location anytime Im there again!

Son's Senior Trip

My son had the best senior trip ever and a big part of this was were we laid our heads to rest. It was just us two but the service and attention to detail was amazing. Property was too a high standard in terms of amenities and cleanliness- excellent location in a pleasant gated community. Made use of gym and pool. Good communication from hosts but no real need to connect during stay as things went smoothly. Highly recommend for a family of 4 looking to find a location for Disney parks. You won’t get closer outside of theme park resorts. Also great for proximity to Premium Outlets and Disney Springs if shopping/entertainment outside of parks is your thing.

Great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Not only was it very clean, with up to date appliances in the kitchen, but it was only a few minutes from EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. World Drive into Disney World is a short drive down 192. It was very comfortable for 4 people and you can literally walk to WalMart. It is gated and has security personnel. The Oakwater community is lovely and staff are very helpful and friendly. One negative—-the towels have been used hard and, while useable, should be replaced.

Clean and Comfortable. Parking was easy for a singular vehicle. I had zero questions for the host as everything was easy to understand and we had no issues. Townhouse is next door to a Walmart, so everything we needed could be purchased or we placed a pickup order. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe in the community. Would stay here again.

Location to Disney was amazing - easy to navigate. Had a couple of maintenance issues that got resolved. Would request a ladder be available as when the battery died in the smoke detector in the middle of the night - the high ceilings made it quite difficult to reach!! The condo was clean - had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the pool was great. Will definitely stay again!!!

Amazing & great location near all Disney parks

My 2 year old and I stayed in this very convenient, gated community. We enjoyed the pool during the evening as the days were pretty hot. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly when I had questions! Walmart was very close by! We will definitely be booking this location in the future!
