Our spacious 1st floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath Abacos villa offers 1,232 square feet of space, and is ideal for the extended family vacationer. This villa is the epitome of relaxation with features such as private balconies and vaulted ceilings. It includes a full kitchen with all amenities (full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, and all cooking utensils), dinette, living room with 50' flat screen TV, pull out Queen sized sleeper sofa, and private screened patio; Master bedroom w/ attached full bath including combination tub/shower, 46' flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 39' flat screen TV ; 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 32' flat screen tv, second full bath with large walk in shower, washer/dryer unit, Living room and Master bedroom have screened mini-patios to enjoy reading or a relaxing cup of coffee or tea.

The grounds were wonderful. The property met our needs. It had a musty smell when we arrived. We emailed the property owner and she was very responsive. It was unseasonably warm when we were there and the a/c hadn't been low enough when we arrived for the outdoor temperature.

The location is great with close proximity to the parks and restaurants, etc. The resort itself is very family friendly and includes an awesome splash pad, multiple swimming pools and even an on-site restaurant. The only issue that I had during my day was since this unit is on the ground floor. The unit that was located directly above us was extremely noisy, and you could hear every single footstep and movement. I actually had to go and speak with the tenants upstairs because the noise was unbearable and it started at around 4 AM in the morning after we were at the parks all day. The tenants upstairs did inform me that they just came in off of a flight and it was two families with about six kids in that unit. They told me they would keep the noise down, but it continued the next night as well, which was very annoying and extremely bothersome for me and my family.

We had a great stay at this condo and would absolutely come back! The condo was very clean when we arrived, which is always a huge plus for our family. We also appreciated that small amounts of laundry and dishwashing detergent were provided—it made settling in so much easier without needing to run out to the store right away.One thing that pleasantly surprised us was that the space felt more updated than the pictures showed. It was even nicer in person! The location was also super convenient, with easy access to nearby activities, stores, and restaurants.Traveling with kids, one of our favorite features was the short walk to the quieter pool and hot tub. It was much less busy than the main pool, which made it more relaxing and enjoyable for our family. The condo also had board games and books available, which came in handy for relaxing evenings and would be perfect for rainy days.We also made good use of the practical touches—there were laundry baskets for the washer and dryer, extra sheets and blankets in the bedrooms, and even a vacuum in the closet, which was helpful for keeping things tidy during our stay.The only small suggestion for improvement would be adding more regular sleeping pillows on each bed. Some beds only had decorative pillows, which weren’t as comfortable for sleeping.Overall, this was a wonderful stay with thoughtful amenities and a great location. Highly recommend for families!

This property suited our needs very well. Plenty of room and very conveniently located and felt very safe. Lots of amenities available. Perfect for families!!

Condo is rather large and perfect for families! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. TVs are huge and modern. Having a washer and dryer while traveling is an awesome advantage. Property is nice, a little outdated, but pretty and quiet. Great place to wind down and not be stuck in large crowds of people. Pools are clean and nice. We will definitely come back! Candace is wonderful to work with and very kind.

We purchased this property in order to have a Getaway from the cold Chicago winters. The proximity to the Disney and Universal parks ensures that we will always have something to do with our children and hopefully future grandchildren when we do get the chance to escape. The Orlando area offers fun things to do for all ages, from infancy to retirement. Florida is also a great jumping off point for cruises to the Caribbean!
