This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests and is located just minutes from US192, providing easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and all of Central Florida’s top attractions. Champions Gate and US27 offer a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a short drive away.
Modern Comfort & Style Our condo has recently undergone thoughtful upgrades to enhance your stay. In 2024, we remodelled the kitchen and bathrooms to reflect modern design and functionality. We’ve replaced the carpet with allergy-friendly grey vinyl flooring and updated the living room furniture with stylish blue/grey seating. The result is a fresh, clean, and contemporary space that feels like home.
The condo is all on one level with step-free access, making it suitable for all guests (note: not officially adapted for accessibility). Check-in is contact-free via a secure keyless code lock, with individual codes provided for each party. You can arrive anytime after 4pm and enjoy a smooth, hassle-free start to your vacation.
Living & Dining Areas Step inside to an open-plan living space with a bright and airy layout. The living room features two comfortable sofas (one is a fold-out bed, ideal for children or one adult), a 58" HD LED Smart TV with Spectrum cable (100+ channels), Roku, and Netflix capability (bring your own login). A DVD player and a selection of DVDs are also available.
The dining area includes a glass-topped table with seating for six, independent lighting, and all the crockery and utensils you’ll need for enjoyable meals together.
Fully Equipped Kitchen Our remodelled kitchen is open and spacious, stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort:

Utility Room A separate utility room includes a top-loading washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop, and dustpan—everything you need for a longer stay.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a white painted headboard, matching dresser, and two nightstands with USB charging lamps. The en-suite bathroom includes newly updated his-and-hers sinks, vanity lighting, a bath, and a large separate shower. A small private outdoor space with a chair is accessible from the bedroom (no smoking). A wall-mounted Smart TV completes the room.
Bedroom Two
This room includes two twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, hanging wardrobe, and drawer storage. It also has access to a second outdoor space (no smoking). The adjacent bathroom has a bath/shower combo, sink, and toilet, and also serves the living area via a second entrance.

We love Bahama Bay!! Our 4th time. First time in this wonderful unit. It’s just like the pictures. The resort is great for walking, swimming and even food and entertainment on the weekends. Our host answered any of our questions within minutes. Loved being on the bottom floor. Would definitely book here again. You’re near enough to attractions, but not too near.
Upgrades were beautiful and the location was great. We traveled before a big storm and any questions we had leading up to travel were promptly answered!

Everything was just as listed. We had a fabulous stay. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large patio for our morning tea everyday. Really quiet location close to a pool that you can see from the deck. Can’t wait to come back again!

We found that the property was in an excellent locationfor us. The amenities were as expected. The apt could have used a better cleaning ie:dusting. The information provided by the owners was quite useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this propertyto others .

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this property! Plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai. Beds were comfortable and the home was decorated in a peaceful beach theme that we enjoyed. Having access to pools, a lake and a restaurant were nice touches. Close enough to Disney for our visits. We would stay again! Owners were very quick to respond. Excellent!
Having stayed at Bahama Bay a number of times, we knew what to expect, and this accommodation matched previous experiences, but at a great price to. Easy communications with Martyn, and loved the code lock rather than key cards. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again. Thank you for being an important part of a great holiday.

We have stayed in many apartments in the Disney area, but this one is the most well equipped. The sofas and bed (we only used one of the bedrooms) were really comfortable and the whole place was extremely clean and well kept.
The owner was extremely quick to respond to any queries.
We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return at some point.

Second time at this resort with this owner and once again enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom first floor was perfect for our family. Resort is close to Disney and tons of shopping and eating places. The resort has four heated pools and the grounds are immaculate and great for walking around. The owner operated apartment (Martyn Smith) keeps his property in excellent shape with all the comforts of home. We have already booked next year's stay !
The resort was pristine. From landscaping to pools, everything was so tidy. The condo was absolutely perfect! Perfect amount of towels, plates, bedding, you name it. Beds were so comfy and cozy.
