This beautiful three bedroom condo in the spectacular Caribbean Island themed resort of Bahama Bay is the perfect family home for your Florida vacation! The unit has been upgraded with new tile, carpets, stove, microwave, mattresses and furniture in the great room and master bedroom.

Within minutes of Disney, shopping and dining, this villa is ideally located.

Our three bedroom Abacos villa offers a spacious 1,232 square feet of space. It is ideal for the extended family vacationer and features three bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, with an updated Living Room area. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen sized bed. There are flat screen TV's in all the rooms and a DVD player in all the rooms for your movie enjoyment. The resort offers free DVD rentals in the clubhouse for the duration of your stay!

Overall everything was very nice. The space was nice and clean, my kids used the pool and said it was nice and warm. We didn't spend much time in the space as we had many adventures planned.

Like home away from home.

Quiet place to get away from the hustle of Orlando yet everything you need. Pool, actual beach sand, bar and restaurant and beautiful grounds to walk around. Close to every possible retail one would need. We will come back the next time we head for Orlando.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

We stay in the area a few times a year because of my boys sporting events. This was our 1st time staying in Bahama Bay & I don’t want to stay anywhere else now! It is by far the best place we’ve stayed at. I’m definitely going to try to book here every time they have a tournament.

Fun family vacation home

We had a great stay at our unit for our family vacation in Orlando. The place had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and the host was very responsive when we had questions. The only down side was the constant traffic to get to/from the theme parks causing our one-way commute to be in the 40 minutes range.

Bahama Bay is a great location. It used to be 30 minutes to the theme parks, but now it is more like 45 minutes, which is a bummer. I wish I could rate the resort separate from the house, because the reason we go there is for the beach area with ping pong and hammocks, but the entire area was closed (and no one told us this before we got there... which feels a little bait and switch to me) But we were able to play pickle ball and pool, and the Tradewinds restaurant is reasonable and has great food, so we made it work. The house was super well stocked with a nice assortment of tea and coffee K cups. It came with enough toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. The pans are all nonstick and scratched bad. We realized this is because there are only metal utensils provided. Plastic utensils would make your pans last longer. We did find a bug crawling around in a drawer in the bathroom that freaked my husband out. I only saw that one, so i hope it was just a hitchhiker. The house itself was great because it was on the first floor. We've stayed on the second floor and after a day in the parks it's hard to get up all those stairs. The bed was comfortable and clean. The floors could use a little work. The carpets are ripped in places which brings the place down. Also the corners of the molding were dirty. Like it could use a really deep cleaning (I use a toothbrush in my own house) But that didn't hinder our overall enjoyment of the stay. Good value for the price.

This was the second time we've stayed at this resort & all of our expectations were met. Checking in & out was super smooth & quick. The house was clean. The kids loved playing at the splash pad & late night swimming. Overall, it just felt like home. Thank you for having us & we look forward to going back again. 😊

Everything was clean and neat. Comfortable beds. This was our 4th time staying at Bahama Bay and we will be back next year! Would love an extra blanket in each bedroom not just in the master bedroom. A nice, relaxing place to stay and everyone had their own space.

Orlando Retreat

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was about 30 min (including traffic) from Universal, and only about 20 minutes (with traffic) from Disney. The property has several (heated) pools and an on-site restaurant that we used. You are only minutes from grocery stores and shopping. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks so we could enjoy some down time, too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Communication with the host was superb.

One word- Outstanding

1st of all I wanna say that the host Michael is very accommodating he helped me with All of my requests anymore and got back to me very fast, Very reliable. The property itself is beautiful All the amenities listed are correct they have 2 pools 1 by the beach front that was our favorite one and the 2nd 1 was over crowded so we didn't get to go in but we enjoyed the splash pad. my boys, 11 year old, one and half old and 4 month infant enjoyed the water immensely, the restaurant has delicious food I definitely recommend you eating there! The actual place itself what can I say, there I have no complaints it was very clean everything worked in it and it had room for everyone it was just overall the best experience and I definitely will be staying here again! 10 stars and thumbs up! Thank you again
