Nice quiet place.

Had a nice stay, quiet and clean and relaxing. We arrived late at night and had no issues. Fun stay. A bit of a drive to Universal but that was expected.

Perfect for off property Disney stay

Short drive to Disney. Very clean and quiet complex. Pool was well maintained and perfect for a relaxing day. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of 4

Very pleased with our stay. Condo was exactly as pictures showed on VRBO. The complex was very nice and very close to all attactions we visited. Would highly recommend Enjoyed our week here on our Disney Vacation! Thank you! visQouls definitely stay again!

Great golf trip

We booked here because it was located near all the golf courses my husband and I were playing on our golf trip. The unit was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals. Although it was a bit chilly for us to use the pool, we did use the fitness center which had some weight machines and free weights for our workouts. We would definitely stay here again.

Not that “close” to Disney

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well maintained, and safe. However, our biggest complaint was this property was not as close to Disney as we wanted. It took us approximately 30-45 minutes anytime we wanted to get to Disney or Universal properties. The distance from the parks was our biggest complaint, as this was listed being close to Disney.

Great place to stay in Davenport

Nice apartment, had everything we needed. Owner Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. Good sized pool, nice gym. Would definitely come back

Good for Family

We stayed here with our two kids and it worked out perfectly. It's about 30 minutes from the parks. We didn't use any of the amenities like the pool since we were at the parks all day. The unit was clean.

Amazing stay!!

It was our second stay at this beautiful condo.It's very clean, nicely appointed with all the essentials and within walking distance to groceries store (Publix), restaurants, etc..Love the balcony, very private with stunning views of the pool and all it's surroundings. Amazing times and looking forward to our next stay.

Quiet comfy getaway

This rental is attractive with comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants within a very short distance. And not too far from all the theme parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Florida Vacay

The condo was just as described. Comfortable bed to sleep in and a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy the warm weather. As I review this I am at home in Indiana and the temperature is 24, I sure wish I was back in Florida. If I ever go back to the area I will sure go back to this VRBO!

Apartment was as advertised, clean and with everything you need. Location is good, short walk to Publix and bars/ restaurants. Small issue we had with kettle not working was resolved the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

As Advertised

This property was just perfect for our trip to Florida. The condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals, plenty of towels (even beach towels) and was just as it was pictured. The community was quiet and the pool and clubhouse were wonderful. We stayed here while we visited the Disney parks and we knew the drive was going to be longer when we booked the property. But staying at this condo was worth the extra time in the car. This condo was well priced, very clean, and we well stocked with anything you could need (linens and cooking items.) We would absolutely stay here again.

Second around

Another stay at this beautiful quiet affordable condo away from the chaos and traffic of the parks in Orlando. Yes, you may have to drive 20+ mins to get to most theme parks, but a bulk of that time will be stress free. That coupled with the price, space, lovely surroundings, and this is a wonderful find! And we will stay again in the near future!!

Nice condo with a great view!

We were happy with our condo that had a great view from our deck overlooking the beautiful pool area. The condo was nicely updated, and had everything needed to live there for the month. The location was great being in walking distance from a Publix, AppleBees, IHOP, and other small restaurants. I was a little nervous about previous reviews stating negatively about the cleanliness of the condo, I was pleasantly surprised to see everything cleaned and ready for our visit…..that was HUGE for me. We were so pleased we have booked the condo for next year.

Wonderful!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The condo was very clean and quiet, as well as the property grounds. The pool was great, and was never crowded. The property owner was communicative and responsive. EVERYTHING is provided— beach towels, clothes hangers, fan, dishes/cups, grilling utensils— even the small things, like scissors and tape, that you don’t think to bring on your trip. It’s not far at all from a ton of restaurants, and Disney of course. A little further from Universal, but the quality (and affordable price!) of the property more than makes up for the distance. We would recommend this to anyone, and would stay again in a heartbeat! Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it! God bless!

Clean condo

We (a party of two) have been for one week in January 2021. Everything is as described on the internet site. The WiFi internet connection really worked and we could connect our laptop computer and talk using Skype. The property is well designed, very clean and well maintained. There are two bedrooms. The two full-bathrooms have toilet/shower/sink. The living area and the balcony are excellent to work and relax. There is a functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cooking utensils, etc.). There is also a washer/dryer. We could park our car in front of the entrance. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.
