Stylish Apartment close to Disney, Universal and Championsgate.

Stylishly decorated apartment complete with free WIFi located in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscana Resort Championsgate. From the minute you arrive at the resort you will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

The Tuscana resort has a bar & restaurant, swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are a variety of restaurants close by ranging from fast food outlets to family favourite dining, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s Drug Store are also Close by.

The world famous Walt Disney World with its four parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Epcot and Animal Kingdom along with Universal Studios are just a short ride away. There are also various outlet shopping areas close by if you fancy some retail therapy.

The apartment is our home from home and as such is consistently being upgraded to ensure the highest standards are met. After feedback for our valued guests all three mattresses were upgraded early 2025. The following have all been replaced with brand new products - Washer Dryer, Fridge freezer, Range cooker, over range built in microwave, master bedroom bed, dining room chairs, vanity unit to main bathroom & patio chairs.

The apartment is on the ground floor and comfortably sleeps up to four people, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that easily sleeps two extra adults if required.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an Electric Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron and Iron Board, Coffee Maker, Plates, Cups, Bowls, Saucepans, Serving Dishes, Toaster & Kettle.

The apartment is on the doorstep of Champions Gate which boasts numerous golfs courses including a Greg Norman designed Course.

The apartment was incredible, and it was exactly what we were expecting! We appreciate the host for great services! The only thing that we did not like was that the fire alarms went off from what we believe was the shower steam? The security guard from the facility had to come remove the alarms for our stay, and commented that this happens frequently. I have never experienced fire alarms going off from something so simple, but I was glad the security guard was able to help.

Very nice apartment, this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Tuscana, 3 different apartments, this one was the best. Well equipped, clean & comfortable. The area is ideal, very close to Disney, easy to find your way around. Millers Ale House, Chilli’s & Red Robin are within walking distance. Nice Publix 5 minutes away by car, would highly recommended

Loved the stay

The location is in a perfect spot, it’s not too far from the theme parks and has plenty of stores for necessities around. I would stay here again.
