This newly painted and renovated three bedroom, two bathroom 3rd floor condo is located in the highly sought after gated five-star Windsor Palms resort with easy access to the main roads yet only two miles to Disney. It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing vacation. High speed internet and a large LCD HD-TV in the living room and LCD TVs and DVD/VHS players in every bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer! It's a short walk to the clubhouse with heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, BBQ grills, and even a movie Theater!

A baby crib, highchair, and playpen are also included in the rent.

Cheer Comp weekend

We were in Orlando for my daughters cheer competition at ESPN World Wide Center. We stayed for 5 days. Community was great, location perfect. Communication with owner great. Condo was in good condition. Listing mentioned a sleeper sofa when I booked, however there was not one. Owner did mention after I contacted him about it that they replaced the sofas due to the sleeper couch being old & worn out per a previous review. I did not see that review nor was a message sent stating that there was no longer a sleeper sofa. The area that I was told to take the trash that did not fit in the trash bench was blocked off & a note stated that we were not allowed to dump trash there. I had to go find a dumpster to take out all the trash that did not fit. Minor inconveniences…would just like to have known a head of time to plan accordingly. Overall a great experience & I would stay again.

Excellent place to stay

Very clean and well maintained property. It is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The host provides clear check in instructions and quick reply if something is needed. I highly recommend to stay in this property

Clean and close!

Easy drive to WDW and just a little further to Universal, Sea World, and the convention center. Pack TP and paper towels (for this low price it isn't a big deal). Beds were comfortable and the little balcony a great coffee spot.

It's ok

This complex is great, we've stayed at it before and will again in the future, just at a different place. We stayed here to go to Disney and the proximity is wonderful with a starbucks on the way to the parks and a Walmart close as well. -You will need to go to the Walmart to get paper towels and toilet paper. In both bathrooms we were only given what would equate to a half roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl for 4 days. No paper towels are provided and no hand soap to wash hands in the bathroom or kitchen. Floors could be mopped after each use because they may look ok, but a barefoot tells the truth. The unit does have new couch and love seat that are really nice and comfortable. The second bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. While the AC works great in the common space, its only so so in the bedrooms. Luckily there was a small fan in the 3rd bedroom closet that worked great! Being on the 3rd floor is a tough walk up after a day of Disney because there is no elevator. The master bedroom has great space for your clothes, but not so much in the other two bedrooms. The rooms are a bit small to have a dresser to put clothes in, but what was in there the two small drawers were broken not suitable to put your clothes. We put our stuff on top the two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Lack of plug outlet space is another issue. We had items plugged in throughout the unit. The owner was a bit snippy after an inquiry I had, but was responsive.

Florida Spring Break

Great location, 15 min from Disney. In a gated community. Safe, quiet and well kept. The onsite pool/hot tub is centrally located (heated & saltwater) was amazing. Walk up bar, store, arcade & theater all onsite make this property worth every dollar. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities but a terrible condo.

Condo needs ALOT OF UPDATING. Furniture dirty with tears in every cushion. Sheets and towels all stained and with holes. No mattress pads. Couldn’t put the air conditioner below 72.Dirt under all the furniture and stains on mattress from urine & blood. Filthy dirty grout. Housekeeping needs to use bleach and ammonia when cleaning!!! We bought all our own towels and sheets and mixing bowels, wine opener, strainer, etc. Curtains don’t cover the whole windows. Bath mats were never washed and the rubber mattress covers were stained. It’s obvious the condo owner has neglected this place. We spent 3 day’s cleaning and buying sheets etc. After looking inside other units that were updated we realized that Ben hasn’t seen the inside for a very long time. The whole place needs painting and replacing all the grout. Ceiling fan broke and the refrigerator water dispenser so we had to carry water up three flights!!! Windsor Palms itself was very nice with restaurants and stores nearby. Great pool, movie theater etc. We would come back next year but NOT TO THAT UNIT!!! A DEEP CLEANING AND REDECORATING NEEDS TO BE DONE .Ben responded immediately with out Wi-Fi issue. We tried to make the most of things because we paid in advance and we’re stuck. My advice to future renters…….READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. Internet pictures are deceiving.

Fantastic!!

What a great place to land for a Disney vacation! Communication with host (Ben) was phenomenal before, during, and after our stay. I booked 2 properties for the size of our family. Ben took great care in making sure the right party was on the gate pass making check-in a breeze. While there are opportunities for updates, the owner has invested in wonderful bedroom furniture and mattresses. I would take a great nights’ sleep over just about anything! Overall…excellent stay and we’d stay again!
