Whether it's a few days away or an extended stay, you will love our wonderful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 7 + and offers beautiful views of the Pool, Water park, and other great facilities that Windsor Hills provides (Included with your stay, at no additional cost).

Our Condo sleeps 7 adults comfortably, 8 if there are children. The bedroom consists of 2 King size bedrooms and 1 kids bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed, and pull out twin trundle. The kids room alone can sleep 3-4 children comfortably.

Two bedrooms overlook the pool, and all three have their own TV.

Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, pod coffee machine, toaster, air fryer and blender.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a screened in private patio with a ceiling fan, two cozy chairs and a view of the pool.

I almost don’t want to review this place because I would love to keep it as our little secret. The entire condo was immaculate and so very clean and organized. In fact, I feel that the pictures don’t even do it justice because it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. It was fully stocked with plenty of linens and pillows and blankets, and lots of things for even babies which we didn’t need. And you could not be that location. The pool was right across from the building and we really did not feel like the music coming from the pool was loud or disruptive at all. The entire resort felt very quiet and safe. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Check in was a breeze as always. Simple directions to actual building location. Pool is amazing, hot tub just as amazing. Astaff is very inviting and cordial with all guests. Even owners of condos on site are welcoming. Ive been visiting orlando yearly for the past 5 or 6 years and ive never stayed at any other reaort. Windsor hills has amazing apts, clean, spaciois, and themes are great. I wont stay anywhere else when i bring my family to orlando. Just need to accept pets and id come more

The property itself is very nice and is set up well for a family. We were a family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). I would recommend staying here and probably would stay again. Unfortunately we had a negative experience with a midnight check-in and the key code wouldn't work. I won't go into all the details as I don't think this is a likely repeat issue for another guest. I hope they host will add an additional contact or set up a backup measure for future guests if they cannot be reached in a situation like this. Again, it's a great place in a great location near the parks, food, shopping, etc.

Great Family-Friendly Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect and just a short drive to the Disney parks, which made it super convenient for our family. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids easy.The highlight for our little ones was definitely the pool and splash pad! It was the perfect way to wind down after a day at the parks, and we loved having such great amenities right on the property.Highly recommend for families looking for an stress-free, kid-friendly place to stay!

Recent stay

The condo is very clean and all instructions were clear. Host was responsive to our questions. Check in was easy, just had to go through security first and no problems at all once we had the QR code to scan from our vehicle. The condo is more spacious than it appears in pictures. Please note this condo faces the pool area, which was exceptionally busy while we were there (Easter week). Music starts playing at 8am and you could often hear it in the condo unit.

Great time!

We had a great time while we stayed at the condo. The pool and slides were great for the kids. The condo and property were very clean and had exactly what we needed. We will be back in the future when we come to Orlando again.

Disney Vacation

We booked this property for a Disney vacation. We had two families splitting the condo and it was perfect. The kids loved the bunk bed. The property was very clean and quiet. The location to Walt Disney is so nice. Took us no time to get to the parks. This property is fantastic.

Great Place to Stay!

Unit was as advertised. In addition to the pre visit communication, on site property book and signage that details expectations. Is also a great source for information. Communication both pre and post visit was A+. Location is close to all parks, shopping and dining. Great pool and mini water park. Very clean property with many additional amenities. Don't miss on this one, if it's available, book it!

Perfect location

Perfect location for back and forth to Disney Parks. Place was updated, great flooring, excellent entertainment options inside the condo. Elevator makes checking in and out simple. Near pool, plenty of parking.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. Great location, great space, fun pool/slides right outside. The only thing I would tell people staying in the future is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying longer than 2 rolls of TP and one roll or paper towels will last. We had Walmart deliver groceries and just threw those in our cart.

Quick Disney Trip

Comfortable stay!

We vacation frequently to the Orlando area and have stayed in various types of places through the years. This was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We traveled with our 2 kids and it was really nice that we all had our own rooms, a washer and dryer and stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but it was cool to have a view!

Spectacular! Everything was perfect! The condo was very clean, all necessities provided (including an air fryer), the location/area was close to shopping and theme parks. Check in was very easy. Our hostess was wonderful! We loved the place so much that we booked an extra day. We would not hesitate to book this condo again and come back to Windsor Hills!

Wonderful stay!

Everything was clean, quiet, spacious. They did have an elevator. The property was beautiful and we all loved the pool! The property security were very welcoming and kind. The unit specifically was bigger than we thought, loved how we had all the utensils and plate-ware that we would need. The master bedrooms were bigger than I expected! The location was perfect! We could walk straight to the pool! And the owner was easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommend

I have stayed in Windsor Hills before and this unit was much nicer! It looked just like the pictures but even nicer in person. It had everything you could need for cooking and eating in.l It was decorated nice with comfortable couches and beds. My sons loved the kids room. The best part of this unit is location. The patio faces the pool. You do not have to get in the car to drive to the pool which was a major bonus.! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome location and pool area

Just our luck… we booked our FL vacation for one of the rare cold weeks there. It was in the 40’s with rain for all but two days. This place would be amazing for a getaway week with normal FL weather!! The pool area is so nice & the splash pad with water slides and stuff for smaller kids looked great. It’s one of the major reasons we picked this place. No fault of the owners that the weather didn’t cooperate for us, obviously. There were diehards that were in the heated pool throughout the week… we didn’t even pack our suits so that helped with the temptation haha. Walmart is close by… it is HECTIC so I wouldn’t plan on going unless you absolutely have to. I was doing a delivery order but got sidetracked & missed checking out in time & lost my time slot…. Next thing you know there are no delivery slots until the next day. Plan accordingly.Lots of places to eat around. We got breakfast and snack stuff for the condo & DoorDashed from a place called the Jersey Spot I believe it was called. Highly recommend! When we went out to eat we went to Sickies Burgers. They have mixed reviews but our experience was great. Best burger I’ve ever had & there’s an excellent assortment of beers. My husband had a butterfinger boozy shake which he loved. Rush hour traffic can be brutal but if you stay @ Disney til close or leave after lunchtime you should be back to the condo in 15-20 minutes.Only downside to the condo was the HVAC unit is loud & you have to get your own laundry detergen.

We loved this condo, it was plenty big for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved how close it was to the pool, Walmart, and Disney. The owner was very nice and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again. The only downside was the garbage. One night something got into the trash and tore through the bag and so it was not picked up the next morning. Definitely latching the lock next time.

Our family of 5 ( children ages 5, 8 and 12) cherish every moment we get to visit our home away from home. Whether we are park hopping around Disney or lounging by the pool, we love making new memories! Our condo is perfect for a family with children of any age! The 3 rd bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, a TV and an enclosed ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom closet has a pack and pay, stroller and high chair for guest use. Pool towels are provided as well.

Walmart is within walking distance, and we stock up on our favorite foods so we can eat at home, and never leave the condo if we choose. Friday - Sunday they often have poolside entertainment (depending on the season), and in the evenings we enjoy watching movies in the Theater or playing pool in the game room. There is no shortage of things to do here!

Our condo is in the perfect location, directly overlooking the pool and splash park. Families of all ages will have everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. We are reasonably priced and offer great value for your money, while making magical memories!
