About this property

Windsor Palms is a five-star resort. Our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. No stairs! Easy for stroller access, equipment for babies.

The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and white tile floors that give it an airy and spacious feel. Keep up with your office with our Wifi.

This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Our kitchen is fully appointed. Enjoy air conditioning and the washer and dryer. The huge master suite has an on-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. We have a Disney themed bedroom for the children with a double-size bed and a single bunk above. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room.

You will love relaxing on the screen porch. This is a ground floor condominium--a big plus when you are bringing in your luggage from the car, not to mention the countless trips you will be making in and out of the condominium during your stay. The units on the second and third floors at Windsor Palms are accessible by stairs only.

Imagine shuttling back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only three miles away) and taking a dip in the Olympic-size swimming pool while the kids play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Palms clubhouse.

Enjoy a game of sand volleyball or tennis and then take in a movie in the on-site, 58-seat cinema. It is beautiful, quiet, and, best of all, RELAXING! Once you have stayed in Windsor Palms, you will never want to stay in a mere Orlando hotel but will want to come back again and again as many of our guests do.

We offer easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Interstate-4, which will take you to downtown Orlando or the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Disney World is only three miles away and Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orange County Convention Center are a short, 15-minute drive. We think you will really enjoy your stay!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Had to make contact with the owners for a few things and they were very responsive which makes all the difference. I like that the location was away from the craziness of Disney but close enough to enjoy.

Good property, close to Disney and all sorts of restaurants. Furniture abs tvs are dated. Overall a good place to rest before your Disney adventures.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

We had an excellent stay. The condo was immaculate and the space was perfect. My communication with the owners with details and concerns were immediately answered and our check in & our was perfect. Recommend this property for any family the rooms were spacious and very accessible to the Disney parks.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We did have problems with the AC the first day but only because hurricane had just went through the area and power was lost. It was fixed very promptly and communication was excellent. Very close to Disney parks and lots of stores and restaurants.

Nice place for a quick sleep

We had a nice stay, but we were only there to sleep. We did not use any of the amenities. My only complaint is not really even a complaint, but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom. it was even on the walls. This was in the master bathroom. I'm not sure about the other bathroom and everything else was super clean! Location was excellent and Disney was only a short drive away which is what we were there for. The king bed was super comfortable. My sister slept in the queen bed and said it was decent, but the pillows were flat. The pillows on the king bed were nice and fluffy. I'm not sure about the bunk beds, but the kids seemed to sleep fine and no complaints were made from them. I would stay here again.

WDW Bound

My family (husband, self, 7 y/o, 9 y/o, 10 y/o) stayed here for a week in the middle of June. Disney World bound this condo was in a perfect location. Very clean, well stocked, and the owners were every responsive (though we had no problems with the condo itself). There was a rogue sprinkler that banged on the window but maintenance responded quickly. The pool is close but not enough that you got the noise. My boys asked if we could stay here again next year! 🤗

Amazing Stay

This was my family's first time renting a property outside of our timeshare. However, when RCI didn't have anything available for our last minute getaway, we thought that we would try a rental property. We were apprehensive at first but once we checked into the condo, we realized that it was a great choice. Ray and Sissy were responsive to our original inquiry about their property and the stay was amazing. While off of the beaten trail, it was not too far from the action. I would certainly recommend friends and family to stay at this property and use the HomeAway site to book your next vacation rental. Had these properties been an option when we purchased our time share, we may have rethought the purchase.

Fantastic stay!

This condo was immaculate! We loved the first floor location and not having to climb stairs after a long day in the parks. This unit is very well appointed with anything you would need to cook a meal. There were plenty of towels available. Beds were comfortable. Before renting, I asked about ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I received a quick response from the owner that stated that there wasn't currently a fan in the second bedroom, but that they would install one if it would mean the difference in our renting or not. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture and stated that it wasn't a make or break. We were thrilled when we walked in that a fan had been added in the second bedroom! I really appreciate an owner that is responsive to renter's desires and concerns. We will definitely rent this unit again!

CLOSE TO ANIMAL KINGDOM, NICE CONDO, SECURE, GATED COMMUNITY

Our family stayed in this 3 bedroom condo over Thanksgiving, Nov., 2018, and we enjoyed the amenities, and location was less than 3 miles to Animal Kingdom! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants, Walmart and shopping. Nice, lower condo, so no stairs to climb! Owners Harry and Sissy were easy to communicate with every step of the way. Condo was roomy, kitchen was well stocked for family cooking. Dining table accommodates 8 comfortably. The living room was comfortable, but needs a coffee table and additional end table for guest's drinks while watching TV. Master King Bedrm was large, with large walk in closet, but bedroom needs a place for luggage, like a luggage rack. The toilet was sluggish, so probably needs a checkup. Nice, quiet place to stay in Kissimmee and amenities include clubhouse with pool table and games, and a swimming pool. Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely consider staying again! Patti

We had a lovely time staying at the condo! It was in a great location - not just near Disney but there were also plenty of eateries/grocery stores nearby The place was well furnished and clean and was a perfect place for our family to recharge our batteries after long days at the Disney parks. It was a great VRBO experience!

The location is perfect we used Uber and Lyft and visited both Disney and Universal. The condo itself was the perfect size for our party. However there were a few things that were a bit disappointing. The towels were stained and we were only given the 2 rolls of toilet paper that were on the holders. The toilets were slow and finicky too. We went to the little store on the property to get toilet paper and they didn’t have any. We had 3 teenage girls who pulled the hide-a-bed out one night to watch tv and it was full of wrappers, q-tips and other garbage. However we were easily able to overlook those small things because the rest was great. The pool and clubhouse are amazing and the tiki bar was an added plus!
