Great place close to Disney

We rented this place for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend. It was easy to get to and from the parks. Plenty of room in this condo. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to Disney and traffic in to the parks was light! It was a very easy drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

I really enjoyed this property! It was away from the busy city but only a 20 minute drive to most parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool area was nice and the clubhouse has movies and a game room for the kids. Will stay here again!

Here for National AAU Vollleyball Tournament in Orlando. Close to so many things and easy to get around. Beautiful quiet location. Lovely clean villa and felt good “ coming home” after a long day of games. I will for sure be back! Sarah was an excelkent host. Thank you!!

Beautiful Vacation Villa

We came for a quick vacation to celebrate a family reunion. The gates community is lovely. Sarah communicated with us an appropriate amount and was receptive to recommendations. We loved the home and our stay was peaceful. The Villa was clean, affordable, and met our short term needs. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Awesome Property!

Had a great stay at this property while on vacation for spring break. The house was very clean and provided everything that we could need. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day at the parks. We loved getting to walk around the pond in the community and enjoying the pool and tiki bar – definitely everything you could want only steps away. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean

We stayed here while visiting the Disney Parks. The resort was nice, checking in was easy, and the place was clean and updated. The owner is easy to reach if needed and communicated any issues immediately. The drive to each park is not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for others.

Clean, Quiet and Pleasant

We stayed 9 nights. Property is clean and in good condition, neighborhood is attractive and feels safe, and it’s very convenient to restaurants and Kissimmee shopping. We loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Only thing that could be improved is the king size bed in the master is not on a frame, so if you’re tall, like my husband, it’s unusually low to the floor.

Buddy Townhouse

Our stay in the Buddy townhouse exceeded all our expectations! The unit was exactly as advertised – spacious, well stocked and clean! The community is ideally located for all our planned adventures in Orlando, though the community pool and tiki bar were very fun and were excellent surprises to our reservation. Sarah, our host, was easy to communicate with and provided some excellent local recommendations.

Perfect for what we needed!

This little townhouse was great for our trip, my daughter and I stayed while at a soccer tournament. Plenty of space and all the appliances/amenities worked well. The property was very nice, VERY responsive property manager, guard and checkin were very friendly. The only issue was that the bathrooms weren't as clean as I like them to be, a little dated, there was something on the walls that probably could have been wiped better and the floor mats looked liked they needed a good wash. Other than the bathrooms, everything else was clean. We enjoyed our stay. :)

Perfect for our needs

Two families with teen girls stayed here while in town for gymnastics. It was perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely responsive. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and a shower drain and they were addressed and fixed very quickly. Resort grounds are nice. Pool area is decent. The Tiki Bar has great drinks, mediocre food. Rental was exactly as pictured. We looked at several properties in the area and chose this for location and the reasonable price.

Christmas Vacation

This property was everything it was advertised to be! Sarah even accommodated on making the home a Christmas Surprise by decorating the home with Christmas decorations! Sarah was very responsive when we arrived and throughout our trip.The townhouse was very spacious and beautiful! And the backyard was very nice and spacious with a grill! Loved the full equipped kitchen and all the bathrooms which was enough for my entire family. This property is very close to the Disney Parks (10-15 minutes) depending on traffic and it is also close to Walmart, and many restaurants and shopping plazas. Overall we will be booking again when we return back to Disney!

We love the size of Terra Verde, where is it big enough to enjoy entertaining amenities like the community pool, tennis, sand volleyball and the walking path around the pond, but it is not so big that it becomes crowded or overwhelming.
