The space
Just a short walk and you can relax at the Club House by the pool, sauna or hot tub. If you would like to get in a workout there is also exercise equipment.
Kids friendly Pack’n Play and stroller available in the home.

As you enter the villa there is a spacious living area with a pull-out sofa and an entertainment center featuring a 55-inch smart TV. It has Netflix, TV+cable and other apps you may choose to use.
There is also a beautiful dinning table next to the well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes. The counter top in the kitchen has two bar stools for the breakfast bar. Brand new appliances. The refrigerator has built in ice maker and water dispenser to help you cool off after a hot Florida day. The villa is also equipped with central air conditioning to keep you and your family comfortable.
Laundry facility is available with brand new washer and dryer to help you keep the family looking sharp.
In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and a charging cube for your USB cables or 110 electronics.
As you head down the hallways in the 3rd bedroom you will find two full size beds with very comfortable memory foam mattresses and with Mickey theme for the bedding and wall decoration for the young at heart. There is also a charging cube available.
As far as the master bedroom you will find a comfortable king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a 50-inch smart TV+ cable to keep you entertained. It has Netflix, TV and other apps you may choose to use.
This lovely villa is located near the Happiest Place on Earth Disney Theme Parks (~ 16 minutes) and Orlando’s world-famous outlets (~ 27 minutes).

The community has great palm trees and fountain ponds and multiple amenities at the Club House.
