Wow!

Absolutely the best VRBO experience yet. Everything was top-notch from check-in to check out. Great spot, great house, great pool. I can’t say enough.

This house was fantastic. However there was issues with the heat of the hot tub and pool temperature. I will say the property management did address it fast and sent a guy out several times.apparently something had broke and it was just bad timing. They did go above and beyond to fix it and reply vastly to all and any messages. Other than that the house was amazing and clean and big enough for our whole family. We did enjoy our stay.

Great Place!

The house is clean and beautiful and so spacious. Lots of beds and lots of room. View out the back to the pond is very pretty. I'd stay here again!

Family Fun and Relaxation

Overall, the place was great and my family really enjoyed it. There were a couple of hiccups upon our arrival; however, the host was very responsive. I would book this home again.

the pool did not get ready fast enough but he did not charge me. I would come back again. I have already told people about it and they are planning a stay there. Thank u for the beautiful place and all your blessing to make our trip perfect . God Bless yoy

Amazing value and size for such a great location

We stayed for 4 days in the heat of summer and really loved having a place near all the parks that we could easily get back to each afternoon for a nap and a swim. This location is closer to Disney than it seems, because you can avoid the I-4 or 192 driving mess and get almost anywhere in less than 20 minutes (on a busy day). Having the master bedroom downstairs and three bathrooms were very helpful. Everything was super-clean... far better than any other homes at this cost level. Instructions were clear, and communication with Francis was always very quick and easy - he even left a welcome gift for us! This is our new favorite place to stay when we come to Florida!

Amazing Place for Rest, Relaxation and Recreation!!!

This is a great home away from home with all the amenities you could ask for. Our time there, with our 12 and 13 year-old grandchildren, was virtually stress-free, due in no small part to the friendly and professional services of the owner, Francis. We have booked through VRBO numerous times in the past but Francis rose above our already high expectations and made the whole experience, from pre-booking through to our departure, as seamless and enjoyable as could possibly be. Even though this particular community is not gated, it is quiet and peaceful, and the setting for this house, backing onto the natural waterscape, is an amazing place to stay for the day and/or return to after taking in all that Orlando, Kissimmee and central Florida have to offer! Everything inside the house is perfect for relaxation, food prep and entertainment too! Whenever we get to head back to this part of the world in the future (likely with more of our grandchildren), we will certainly be making Francis our first contact, with the hope that we might be blessed with this wonderful vacation home being available to us again!

Firstly, Francis the property manager was great right from the start. Very quick to respond, very helpful and communicative and it felt like he was always on hand to answer any questions that we had.Check in was flawless, the property was as it was advertised. We were a family of four with lots of space, everything that we could possibly need in the house and no complaints at all. Kitchen was great, all the utensils that we could ever need and more. Lots of towels for the bathrooms/pool too, which was a bonus.Location was amazing for the Disney Parks - 15-20 mins on a normal day. Universal/I-drive was a little further (35 mins) but we knew that when we booked so there were no surprises. Neighbourhood was lovely - quiet and safe.The pool was fantastic - my kids pretty much lived in it when we were at the house. Good size, lots of pool toys and inflatables. And plenty of seating for the adults. Lake view was a nice bonus too!No complaints, I'd recommend the property and if we go back to the Disney parks I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the house again.Thank you Francis for all that you did to make the holiday a success!

Birthday Get away

I am beyond happy with this property. It was the perfect getaway for my family to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. It's clean and in perfect condition. It's in a great location near shopping and groceries. The pool has a Jacuzzi and a stunning view from the backyard. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool immensely, which was great to see them off their electronics. Communication was superb, and they offered me additional time to stay at a discounted rate that we accepted. We plan on staying here many more times for more family get togethers.

Outstanding Experience

I’ve rented several houses in Florida but I say this one was by far the cleanest. They stay was amazing and they had more games, board games, and movies than you could image. It was perfect for my family and I, and we had an amazing time. The host(Francis) was amazing as well with prompt responses to any concern I had. I will definitely e returning to this location in the near future!

Enjoyable stay

Easy lication to everytjing we wanted to do. It does need new updating with furniture. The manager was excellent asked for early check in and was not an issue. Was always available when we had issues. Even over a holiday! Neighborhood was very quiet
