Welcome to Your Disney Vacation Home!

Clear Creek is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a zoned resort rental community, has ever been a sought-after destination for Disney vacationers. Despite in the vicinity of major attractions and essential daily activities, the community is in a quiet local neighbourhood away from humming traffic.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests or 2 families. It has one king and a queen bed with LCD/Smart TV in each room. The two kid’s rooms with bunk beds are decorated for their delights. Small children are welcome with a crib, a high chair and a stroller (free of use). Seniors walk effortlessly around villa's leveled layout. The laundry facility refreshes your clothes during the stay at the villa. With its fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the villa affords you a wide range of family dinning options while homeaway. All supplies are just a short trip to the supermarket 1/2 mile off the community entrance.

After a fun day at the Parks, you may surf the web via villa's free WiFi access. You may also splash in the large, screened swimming pool in the private backyard. If you just want to kick back, simply lie down on the poolside lounge under the Florida sun. Our great room presents a 48' large screen flat panel TV of 200+ free channels. Besides, phone calls to US, Canada and Puerto Rico are free. For the safety of little ones, a removable child safety fence has been installed all around the pool.

We enjoyed this property and will visit again for sure. Location was great, property was very clean with comfortable beds, and nice pool area. Plenty of space for us. The game room was a nice bonus. Several air hockey tournaments took place! We paid for the pool heat and was so glad we did. So refreshing and relaxing after busy days at the parks. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a lovely stay. Very fast response and easy process when booking. Home was exactly as described. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Only downside was the pool was way too warm. Asked for it to be turned down but it was still too hot. We had 1 small issue with a toilet but was fixed right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Small to big families encouraged

With two sets of bunk beds, a pool and four bedrooms this was great for our family of five. We had plenty of space, things were nice and clean. Only complaint is the property lacks a lot of simple things I’d say make it a vacation home away from home, like trash bags, face towels, cooking seasonings, dish and laundry detergent. If you are staying more than one or two nights you need these items, so just plan to bring or buy them. Area is nice with a Walmart, lots of food options, and a grocery store nearby. Overall, would recommend!

Clear Creek Villa

Well proportioned 4 bed villa in an excellent location. Ideal for the parks or travelling around this area of Florida. I gave it 4 out of 5 purely because in a couple of areas the property was a little tired on general eg.poolside furniture. But it was clean and functional. We had three minor problems that could happen anytime, to which the management companies response was excellent. Someone called within the hour to repair or replace. Overall I would recommend this villa.

Amazing!

This was such an amazing experience! The owner, Virginie is awesome and she responds so quickly! I stayed here with my friends last week to enjoy a vacation after graduating college and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. We loved every aspect of the house except that it gets hot sometimes in some of the rooms. But what else can you expect being in Florida? If We ever come down to Florida, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for your great hospitality and amazing instructions on what to do in the house and things to do outside of the house.

Love the afternoon and evening sun at the pool!

We loved our stay! This was a great house for our family of 4. The only compliant was the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned. The showers both had hair all over in them and in the drain. Aside from that this house was perfect for our family. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walmart is right around the corner. Plenty of room inside the house for us all to have our own space. The pool area was our favorite, we spent 80% of our time out there. The afternoon and evening sunset perfect at the pool area. We plan to be back next year. Only hoping to stay longer next year! I Defiantly recommend this property!

Nice house, property management issues

We were in Orlando for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren and chose this property based on prior guest reviews. We arrived 1 hour after the 4pm check in time to find the house had not been cleaned. Reaching the property manager that Sunday afternoon was difficult at best. The cleaning lady arrived shortly after our arrival and spent 3+ hours cleaning. Our reservation was made in January so this was not last minute although the cleaning lady said she was called at 3:45 to do an “emergency cleaning”. When my husband spoke with the property owner he asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience. The owner had agreed she’d give us a partial refund for the issues upon our arrival on the day we arrived. However, the day of checkout she said she’d give us a partial refund only IF we left a positive review. Initially I did not plan to leave a review at all but after much thought decided an honest review would be best. The listing states all linens including pool towels are included. I found a total of 10 towels and no washcloths. Since the house sleeps 10 I expected 20 towels. In addition I expected to find a 2nd set of sheets for each bed. There were no extra sheets for the queen and king beds. Be prepared to purchase or bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, hand soap and trash bags. I also had to buy washcloths. These are all items I’ve found provided in timeshare properties. There were 2 small rolls of dollar store toilet paper in each bathroom and trash bags in each trash can. However, for our party of 8 the 4 rolls didn’t last long and the trash bags needing changing daily. Also provided were some very tiny bars of hand soap, about the size of a matchbook; 1 at each bathroom sink, none for the bathtub. The house is as shown in the photos in a quiet location with a nice private pool. Based on the property management issues I would not stay here again.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. Thank you also for pointing out that the house is as shown on the pictures and in a quiet neighborhood. Regarding the cleaning issue. Unfortunately sometimes problems arise and due to a non scheduled late check out of previous guests the cleaning has been delayed. The cleaning lady was also delayed and she gently came back later and as soon as she was able to clean the house and by the quickest possible way. Indeed she was already cleaning when you requested me to contact you immediately. While I was speaking with your husband I could have explained the reasons of this situation if only I had been able to speak to him. Your husband was so angry and constantly shouting on the phone telling me I would receive a bad review if I didn't accept to refund a substantial amount. I said I would contact you after the end of your stay because I wanted to make sure that everything else was to your satisfactory during your stay. Until then I didn’t hear back from you until midnight on your check-out day when you informed me you wanted the money back and that a formal complaint had been left with VRBO. At that time I was disappointed as I was considering refunding you the cleaning fee which was obviously not to your satisfaction although the house had been cleaned in a timely manner. We have been working for years with our property management company to our entire satisfaction and we have been able to rely on them any time and in any situation. The proof is when I called your husband on the check-in day he informed me he had been speaking with them a few minutes before. Even on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for counting the towels. A new lot of it has been added and also a lot of washcloths. An extra sheets set for each bed (and even two extra sets for kids beds), are in each room closet but maybe you didn’t find them. Regarding all other items not provided: the cleaning team provides a basic starter set and as stated in the listing, an additional welcome pack can be provided against a fee.

Very clean home, nice neighborhood

The only drawback to this property was there wasn't any paper products or soap stocked in the house. We couldn't empty trash or do any of my grandsons dishes because there wasn't anything available. If you choose this house, the price is right but bring your own soap and paper products to avoid stress runs to Walmart because you run out of toilet paper.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was very spacious, very clean and had little helpful notes around. Very nice owner answered all my questions very quick. The only thing I didn't see and that it was a big deal for me was the pool closure to keep the kids out the pool area. They did put alarms on the doors though so I'm guess that was the replacement that still worked, but that was the only thing that was different to me, that mattered. Thank yall for making this a great home away from home!!💜

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was very large and had everything the listing said it should. My family had plenty of space and was able to enjoy some leisure time away from the parks. The private pool was nice and very warm since we opted to pay for the heat. The washer and dryer were huge, which was nice as we didn't have to pack a ton of clothes, and there were plenty of extra towels for the pool. On the downside, the house definitely had a little wear and tear, but that didn't detract from our stay. Also, since we were there on President's Day week, the traffic on 192 was horrendous, so it made the 8 mile drive some days take 30 - 45 minutes, but I guess that's to be expected during such a busy time. Overall, for the price, I would definitely recommend this house for larger travel parties.

Nice, Convenient, and Easy

Everything was very easy. Renting was easy, arrival was easy, check out was easy. The house was great, and perfect for what we needed if for. It was just my wife and I, and our two little boys. This was seriously TOO much house, but was perfect for the price! Easily could have hosted another 4 or so people with room to spare. Getting to the Parks and Disney Springs was very easy and convenient(a bit further away than I had hoped, but the near straight shot to these destinations made up for that). Located with tons of different shops and easy access to anything you needed. My only issue was that I had requested early check-in, and the owner said she would check with the property managers, but she never got back to me to let me know whether it was OK or not.

Wonderful place to stay!

What a beautiful home this was. Very close to the theme parks and shopping centers. The pool was nice and the safety fence was perfect. They provided so much for a baby I could have packed way less. They had plenty of toys for small kids my children had a great time. My family and I look forward to booking this home again.

If your group is only adults and older children I would give five stars

Overall very good, I felt it was good value for the price. My only reason for taking off a star, is that many of the window locks were broken including in the children’s bedroom. If you have young children this is a very big safety concern.

Why they chose this property

This villa has the most important factor for us: sunny private pool with an overview on a well-maintained backyard and a conservation view. This makes our pool deck so relaxing after busy days exploring the area !

We also choose this community for its charming tranquility and the proximity to all Cagan's crossings shops and Wal-Mart.

A 'plus' is also the location: just 1 1/2 mile north of the junction of US27 and US192. This location makes it a perfect central point out: near all attractions, but also really quiet.
