Spacious Orlando south facing pool villa close to Walt Disney World

Our home is situated in the sought after quiet area of clear creek in Clermont, the location is only 5 minutes drive from major supermarkets and pharmacy's and around 20 minutes from entering Walt Disney World with Universal resort around 30 minutes drive, for the golf lovers there are several courses a short drive away.
The home sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms the Main bedroom is en suite with king size bed and walk in closet, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th and 5th bedrooms are twin rooms(two beds), all bedrooms have bedside USB charging outlets whilst most rooms have streaming TV with fast WiFi throughout. The living room has the main TV, telephone and DVD player with a roomy 6 seater dining table and also benefits from having the main alarmed sliding doors onto the south facing fully screened pool deck where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine anytime of the day with an unobstructed view of the scenic silver creek lake whilst taking a dip in the inviting pool or just relaxing on the sun-loungers, the pool can be lit in the evening with your choice of color or choose a changing light show it can also be heated on request for the cooler months of the year(additional cost will apply for pool heat).
The kitchen is well equipped with the usual full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster along with a 4 seater breakfast table. There are ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms to circulate the cooling AC air.
The double garage has the washing machine and drier and also is the games room with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball.
For additional peace of mind there are security cameras fitted which record video only and monitor the front driveway area and view down the sides of the home from the front.
The home is a self catering however for your convenience on arrival a limited supply of bathroom tissue and soaps will be available in the bathrooms these will not be replaced during your stay and you will need to purchase your own supplies for the remainder of your visit.
The front entrance to the home is keypad operated so no losing or broken keys after maybe a long day at the parks or just returning from the local supermarkets or restaurants.

Great Place

The listing is very accurate. That being said It would have been more accommodating to have had some paper towels, more than one roll of tp! Overall it is a great place in a nice neighborhood.

The home was comfortable and spacious

I gave the review 5 stars as I know how important reviews are but there are a couple of items I was surprised by. This was our first time renting a home so maybe I had higher expectations. A couple of 'creature comforts' would have been appreciated - there was no more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dish soap (or other cleaning product), no paper towels, garbage bags were cheap and small. The bathroom amenities were awful chiclets of soap. The bedroom mattresses were a step up from a good air mattress. The home can sleep 10 people yet there weren't 10 bath towels in the home. Bath linen was stained and appeared old. Few beach towels - also old and stained. The home was 'company ready' clean but not clean enough for a new arrival. I may be biased as I work in hotels but the base boards were quite dirty in the bathroom (and other areas of the home); there was a razor cap from the previous guest in the shower, couches appeared to be very worn, one sink wouldn't drain (we couldn't get the stopper to come out of the drain). We did appreciate the coffee filters, hair dryers, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The washer and dryer was great as was the pool. Upgraded cable package from what we have at home. TV's in every room except for one. Pool table and air hockey table were great but never had a chance to use them. Pool was warm (for an extra fee). We would use homeaway again in future travels.

This is the 2nd time we have stopped here, the villa is homely and exactly what we needed. Everything is only a short drive away, with the Disney parks being about 25 minutes away. Andy the host was very helpful and always there for any questions I needed to ask. We will be coming back again, and can’t wait

Nice Home

Good location, with some good stores close for groceries and eating out. Fair location for Disney - about 30 minutes in traffic, so not too bad. Home was very clean and well presented with great facilities. 8 of us stayed and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Andy, the owner - great communication - would recommend!

Amazing house & clean pool

This house and pool was everything I read about! Everything was clean, pool was nice and clean and warm. Very close to Walmart & other attractions. I would highly recommend as there was plenty of room and everything worked as it should. Andy, the owner, was pretty awesome with quick responses. I walked every morning around the block and it was very safe. You wont regret staying here. We didnt want to leave. Enjoy this beautiful home!

OUR FLORIDA FAMILY HOLIDAY

Can only say this villa was perfect for our family holiday, all bedrooms were big with plenty of storage. Kitchen and living room area was also a good size, so with 8 of us there was still plenty of room for us all. The Villa is only 20 minutes away from the Disney parks, and close to so many other places. The pool was fantastic, while over looking the lake behind the property. We will be coming back in the future and will hope to stop here again,

Family vacation

We found this property in 2021 and went ahead and booked it due to the amount of bedrooms. The drive to Disney or beaches isn't bad at all. The price was fair for what you're getting. The kids loved the pool and air hockey. Overall when we come back to Florida we'll do our best to get this property again

This is a great distance from Disney world which is where we spent most of our time. Andy was very helpful to make sure our needs were taken care off and we were satisfied with everything.

Not clean

My wife is wrong a much longer, in detail review with photos, BUT. We had to clean up a bloody used bandaid off the kitchen floor, There was blood on the master bed sheets, blood on the living room wall above the TV, old food under the place mats on the table because moving them to clean is apparently very hard to do, and broken glass in the door jam leading out to the pool. Whoever cleaned this place did a HORRIBLE job and I feel a refund is required for how poorly this was cleaned. There was freakin BLOOD IN OUR BED AND ON OUR WALLS, as well as a bloody bandaid. Not only is that disgusting, but it’s dangerous to all guests staying in the house.

Perfect Location for Disney!

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The location is perfect! The longest we drove to a Diney location was 30min in heavy traffic. Lots of restaurants around and a Walmart. Only complaint we had is the beds need an upgrade! After walking all day a Disney they were rough to sleep on. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Great Property for DisneyWorld Stay

This 5 bedroom property is perfect for a family visiting DisneyWorld. Easily sleeps 10 people and the two kids rooms are nicely decorated with a Disney theme. No problems with anything and came with a starting supply of paper products and soaps. Plenty of towels available, including at least 4 pool towels. We paid for the pool to be heated which was invaluable because it was late October and we used the pool every evening with the grandkids Andy was very responsive to my many questions and an outstanding host. I highly recommend this property and host

Absolutely amazing!!!!!

We had a great time!!!! Rental is spacious and perfect for a weekend getaway. Owners are super sweet and get back to you right away. Will definitely be staying and renting again. It was perfect!!!!

Great for the price

We had a great stay, the house was well maintained and fit 10 of us very comfortably. Walmart and restaurants were the next light away which was great! Couple things that needed attention, the trash can was already filled with trash and with only one trash can we had no where to put our trash out. Also, the pool has one marker that says 3 ft, the deeper end of the pool isn’t marked. The kids were looking forward to the game room but were only able to play pool since we couldn’t find the equipment for air hockey and fooseball table. Other than that it was great and I’d definitely stay again!
