Welcome to our wonderful executive villa conveniently located in the beautiful Calabay Parc development! You’ll enjoy all of central Florida’s wonderful amenities from our convenient location with easy access to all the theme parks, beaches, restaurants, water parks, shopping, orange groves, golf, wineries, spas and more - all just minutes away!

We set out to create the ultimate villa experience for our guests and added virtually every amenity to make you feel as if the villa is truly your home away from home. The home features a large open floor plan and can easily accommodate 2 families and sleeps up to 16 without feeling crowded.

The first floor contains the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to create memorable meals. There is counter seating and a breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen allowing everyone space for casual dining. A separate formal dining room is also available for those special sit-down meals. The living room is large and spacious with plenty of seating and a 58” flat screen TV and DVD player. Two master suites are located on the first floor. The first suite boasts a king bed complete with a 32” flat screen TV and a huge master bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. The second master suite features a queen bed with a 32” flat screen TV and an attached full bathroom. There is a separate cozy den that can function as an additional bedroom complete with a queen sleeper sofa and 50” flat screen TV and DVD player. Our newest addition is a spectacular theater/game room complete with a 65” high-definition LED TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, theater seating and a custom bar with additional seating making this a perfect place to watch a movie or catch a sporting event. This air conditioned space also boasts an air hockey table and a basketball game. A laundry room completes the amenities on the first floor.

The second floor features the third master suite complete with queen bed, 32” flat screen TV and large master bath. The remaining bedrooms boast a “Mickey” theme and (3) twin beds and a “Minnie” theme with twin bunk beds and a twin over full bunk, each with a flat screen TV while sharing a common bathroom. Rounding out the second floor, our loft area has been converted into a peaceful retreat for anyone wishing for a quiet, comfy place to read a book, have a snooze or quietly reflect on the day.

Our home also features an extra-large west facing “L”-shaped pool with deluxe loungers and a covered lanai with overhead ceiling fan for your outdoor comfort. The pool features night lighting for evening swims and user programmable door alarms for pool-area safety. The pool can be heated for an additional $175 for your stay. The pool deck is also extra-large to accommodate ample room for tanning! The pool area is directly accessible from either the main master suite or through the patio sliding doors just off the main living room area. A natural gas BBQ grill is also provided for your enjoyment.

Last, but certainly not least, our home is covered with high-speed WIFI and unlimited calling to the entire U.S. and Canada is provided.
