Check out our FIREWORKS view! Our condo in the prestigious Windsor Hills resort is located minutes from Walt Disney World Resort's entrance which allows you to come home from the parks for a nap or meal and head back later in the day. It offers more than 1400 square feet of living space and is located on the quiet 4th (top) floor accessed by 2 elevators. It is in the closest building to the clubhouse and pool area. Our condo has a distant view of EPCOT FIREWORKS (view varies based on weather and fireworks direction that night)!

The condo has also has a digital door lock, video doorbell, and SMART thermostat. In addition, there are USB charging outlets in every room.

The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a stove, full size refrigerator with ice trays, dishwasher, microwave, K cup and traditional coffee machines, sink waste disposal and all the dishes and utensils you may require during your stay.

It offers a large, open concept dining/living room with a 55” SMART TV and leather sofas. You can even see the nightly FIREWORKS.

The master suite has a king-size bed, 50" flat screen SMART TV, and an ensuite bathroom. A second large bedroom has a king-size bed, 50" HD TV and private access to the main bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for children with its two twin-size beds. There is also a 27” flat screen TV in the room. All TVs have TIVO and access to most streaming video accounts.

We also have a pack and play that you may use for your little ones!

You will have access to the full size washer, dryer, and iron which are all located in our condo. All linens and bath towels are provided. As with most vacation rentals, minimal consumable toiletries are provided. Consider a trip to the nearby Walmart or Target to get any extra items you may need. Additionally, Amazon Prime Now delivers within hours right to our door!

Included are digital TV service, free local, USA phone calls and access to Wi-Fi.

Windsor Hills is renowned for its proximity to Walt Disney World, security (24-hour security guard gated), cleanliness and amenities which include:

-large lagoon-style pool with splash park and water slides
-2 children's playgrounds
-fitness center
-basketball and tennis courts and putting green
-sand volleyball and ping pong tables
-BBQ area
-40-seat movie theater, video arcade and pool tables
-convenience shop

Very Clean condo. The host was responsive and came w/i one day for a problem. As read in other reviews, very quiet. Accessible by elevator. Easy parking. Overall was a bit dated-bedding and furniture. Loved the vinyl and tile floors. Also the Disney waffle maker! Fireworks were obscured by trees that have matured and grown tall. Kitchen had everything needed.

Universal getaway

Very nice condo. The unit was right near the front gate and very easy to get to. Since this unit is on the top floor, it is quiet and you don’t hear people/kids running across the floors above.

Great Location & Property!

The property was very clean, luxurious, and the screened in patio area was outstanding. The location was great! Close to the Disney parks, close to countless eating establishments, Walmart is near by if you need anything, close to outlet malls and other great attractions. We really enjoyed staying here and would DEFINITELY stay her again.

This condo was perfect for our family get-away! It had everything we needed. Plus it is super close to the pool! Fireworks were a nice extra perk too! The place is much larger in person than the photos. We had lots of room to spread out.

Perfect stay! Top floor is great for noise reduction. So close to pool! Did rope drop and then afternoon rests for WDW. Close enough to go back again for the evenings. Awesome time!

Nice Condo - As advertised

Check in went smoothly and owner provided all necessary information. Condo is very nice. Complex has very nice pool area with plenty of room during the day as many guests are away attending the parks. All was pretty much as expected.

This was an excellent place to stay for our family Disney trip! Very close to parks and an easy drive. Harold was quick to reply with any questions I had. The property manager never returned my call, so Harold took care of the problem quickly. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Would definitely stay again!!!

Nice Locations

We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times, and this is the nicest place that we stayed in. It is the closest to the pool but more important the unit does not face the pool area because the music at the pool is annoyingly loud in units facing the pool in this building. We cook most meals in, and the kitchen has everything that you might need - -and not the cheap stuff you usually get in rental units.

Clean and close to the parks

We stayed for 5 days for our trip to Disney. The check in process was easy, the condo was clean, and Harold was responsive to any questions I had. After spending all day at the parks it was nice to come back and have a little space to spread out. The condo had everythinv we needed. The resort community is also wonderful. My boys enjoyed the game room, and I enjoyed the fitness center. The pool area was beautiful as well. I would definitely return.
