Welcome to Our Happy Place! Please BE OUR GUESTS!

Our 3 bed/2 bath (2 king beds & 2 twins) condo is located in the very popular Windsor Hills Resort which is only 1 1/2 miles from Disney World. Each room is Disney themed so it is perfect for getting excited for your Disney vacation!

Our lovely condo is in the closest building to the resort pool and water park on the top 4th floor and the building has 2 elevators. Newer AC unit installed in home to help our guests beat that hot Florida heat!

Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. Ring doorbell security camera installed for added security for our guests. Carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom.

Moana themed living room with a huge 65 inch TV. All bedrooms and rooms have ceiling fans.

'Beauty and the Beast' master bedroom has a king bed, with an en-suite. The 'Finding Nemo' king has a HUGE closet with a provided wagon to help bring up all of your luggage from the elevators. Twin bedroom decorated with Mickey mouse, CAN YOU FIND THE HIDDEN MICKEYS?!

Our condo has 2 bathrooms. The master has an oversized shower and the guest bathroom is a combination shower/tub.

'Ratatouille' will be your helper in the kitchen! You'll find the kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.

PLEASE NOTE* ****Windsor Hills has scheduled the clubhouse pool for resurfacing September 5th- October 6th 2024. Water park will be opened during this time****

Definitely recommend for families!

Great location. Great and quick communication when we needed things. The place was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and it was very spacious for our family of 5. Comfy beds and furniture. Love the Disney decor! We will definitely book Our Happy Place- Be Our Guest again!

Great Place

Had a great stay. Was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. Quiet area with a large pool and slide with heated water. Management company was awesome to work with and very quick to respond. Convenient to all the parks. We plan on staying here again.

This VRBO was PERFECT for an inbetween place to all the parks. Universal drive is a little longer, but not bad at all! Pool is nice and the condo is wonderful! Super clean and roomy. Hosts were amazing to work with! Highly recommend this relaxing space after a long day at the parks. :)

Exceeded our expectations

Pool was great for small kids to adults and great temp. The splash pad and water slide was a hit for the kids. Wal mart for shopping was only a mile away. Disney was about 10/15 mins away and universal was about 25 mins. Condo was so close to the pool and themes in every room. Huge bonus even had a high chair and pack and play for babies. We pick a new place we come to florida every year, but would come back here for sure. Management company even accepted a delivery for us before we arrived. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Great!

Very clean place, 👌 feels like home. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Close to the parks 10-15 min max, 5 min from a huge Walmart, CVS, gift shops, restaurants. The place have two strollers, we used one for the park and it was a life saver. There is a nice pool with big slides for the kids and there are daily activities with music and games in the pool. Security at the entrace makes us feel safe and secure. The temperature in the house was always 75 and it was perfect. The only thing we didn't like so much were the mattress of the beds, they felt like air mattress and my back was hurting, so we took turns to sleep in the sofa, but still, we will definitely rent this place in the furute.

Simply Great

I'm almost reluctant to share how great this property is because I don't want competition to book it in the future! Very clean, great location, awesome decor that made you feel like you were in the disney bubble, but with space to breath. Host is great at communicating and quick to respond. Only issue I had is that there was not a single square of toilet paper, no hand soap, no paper towels, no dish detergent in the unit at check in. The unit is shared as self sustaining which I understand, but I did expect to be able to use the restroom and wash my hands at least once without running to Walmart. I'm assuming the previous guests took everything with them though. Overall a great stay and we will be back!

Perfect Disney Condo

Couldn’t find anything wrong with the condo. Extra everything, towels, linens, pillows, etc. I always bring my own frying pan because condo ones are always of poor quality and your eggs stick-not here! Great frying pans. HUGE closets, one could be mistaken for a bedroom. The hot water in the shower would best be described as pretty warm, I would assume the water heater is set at a lower temperature because of the amount of kids staying here. It was also pointed out to me after I unloaded the vehicle that there was a wagon in the closet for toting your belongings up to the condo.

Perfect Orlando Spot for ALL The Things!

We stayed for four days of volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center (20/30 minutes with traffic), then used the condo as a home base to do ALL THE THINGS. Super close to Magic Kingdom, quick ride for dinner with Mickey and ride the Monorail for Fireworks. Easy to get to Disney Springs, Walmart and Publix nearby for groceries (Wal-Mart pick up was super convenient to skip the checkout line on vacation check-in day!) Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo is also stacked with everything you could need. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer that worked great. Mickey waffle maker, high chair, pack and play, strollers, pool towels, a wagon for groceries and packing the car. The kids LOVED the pool, splash pad was even fun for Mom and Dad and teenager, a slow and a fast water slide option! Literally everything we could have needed was there for us!! TVs with streaming services for lots of Disney movies (as well as DVDs and PlayStation/games). Parking was easy and close to the building and easy to get to the room. Communication was quick and efficient! If you are considering staying here, BOOK IT. I literally don’t have a single thing I would have preferred different.

Great place to stay

We planned a last minute trip to Orlando. Less than 24 hours from the time we booked to check in and I was worried about getting all the info back in time. Not a problem at all. The managers were great and had us everything we needed before our flight even took off. The condo was VERY clean and the pictures were very accurate. The unit was decorated nicely and disney themed but not over the top. The beds were soft and comfortable. The furniture was nice and appeared fairly new. The unit had a high chair, stroller, extra pool chairs and a wagon to haul items around the resort. The pool is very close. Less than 5 minutes from your door to toes in the water. The entire resort is well kept and secure. I witnessed several occasions where people were trying to get in and security wasn't having any excuses. If you are a guest or guest of a guest, follow the guidelines and you will have no problems. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and bedding extra fans in each room even pool towels. On our last day, as I was not wanting to leave, I was looking for something negative about the stay and then I found it. The toilet paper rolls were put on backwards! Lol. Honestly we have stayed at Windsor hills several times and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in so far. So if you see this unit don't hesitate to book it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for our awesome stay.

Review of "Our Happy Place" Residence

We really appreciated the proximity of this location to Disney World. Since we were not staying on the grounds, it was a very convenient place to stay to get to the parks in a timely manner. Furthermore with the location of the property, it was located in a safe and relatively quiet area. The property was in great shape and worked well with providing comfort for our family of six. Check-in was pretty smooth, and we had no issues with the process. Overall, this property was a good place for us to say throughout our trip.

Rebooking next year

The property is nice, clean, and close to everything! The property owners are quick to respond and were very accommodating. We asked if the travel crib had a mattress and they provided one. I would recommend this property to anyone and can’t wait for our next stay!

This is a typical stay with just enough to get you started but you must shop for essentials right away. 1 roll of toielt paper is provided per bathroom, but kitchen has no salt, sugar, oil and must be purchased on your own. Very clean property, great location next to the pool and club house and close to DIsney (15-20 mins by car).
