If you're looking for the PERFECT location for your family vacation, this is it! Less than 2 miles to the gates of Disney, and within minutes to most area attractions, restaurants and shopping, all at a cost lower than hotels will charge!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY OF 4-5, THIS CONDO IS IT!! This upscale resort condo has all the amenities you will need after a fun-filled day at the parks including: Incredible and huge family friendly pool nicer than most hotel resorts, hot tub right next to the pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness area, on-site sundry shop, its own movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, and a high quality young children's playground ALL at no extra charge!

This clean, warm, & inviting condo has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Privacy and room for everybody! It has all the comforts of home, including FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Its decor is a Magnolia style theme and with Disney decor for the kids. Sleep soundly in the king-sized bed in the master bedroom with ceiling fan to stir a gentle breeze while you sleep, and fun high quality sturdy bunk beds with a trundle bed for the kids in their very own Disney themed room. And THEIR OWN TV for watching or game playing!

The kids will have their own bedroom, their own TV, and their own bathroom! Smart TV's in every room, including a 65 inch flat screen smart tv mounted in the family room and master bedroom. This first floor condo also has a cozy lanai/screened in porch for your morning coffee sessions or enjoying a good book at the end of the day. No Smoking please. This unit is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. We also provide a high chair and portable crib (pack & play) as well as an umbrella stroller for your use during your stay.

Perfect host

Wendy was very kind and thoughtful. She always responded very quickly to my texts. The condo was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. Shopping and restaurants were very close by. We would definitely stay again!!

A nice convenient spot to visit the local attractions.

It was a very positive experience. The only downside was that the roof of the unit building was being replaced while we were there which disrupted parking somewhat.

Fantastic Experience

This property was very clean and comfortable! Having a beautiful pool and sports courts so close to the condo was wonderful. The property manager was very quick to answer our questions and provided all of the necessary information for an easy check-in and check-out. We had a fantastic experience! Great for Family Disney vacation

Such a perfect place when going to Disney. Plenty of room for our family, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 8 to 4. Convenient to Disney parks and Walmart if you need to pick up last minute things. And my kids loved the resort pool on our day off. The owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. Great find.

Great property close to Disney

The property was perfect! Clean and inviting. It’s also close to the pool. About 10-15 minutes from Disney. It’s also close to a Walmart! My kids loved the Disney themed room and bathroom. The pool at the resort was a big hit too! Make sure to plan a day or two to just lay around the pool!

Phenomenal stay!

Absolutely amazing! The condo amenities (pool) we're fabulous. Security was a definite added bonus. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and updated And we were so beyond happy with our stay we are looking to book again! It was close to local restaurants and a Walmart for those last minute items. And less than a 15 min drive to Disney world. It was the perfect stay!

Great Place to Stay

Great location for Disney Parks and has a nice pools and splash pad area on site. Property was clean and very nice to stay at. Only issue (knitpicking here)was we were travelling with kids and could have used some paper towel in the suite when we arrived to clean up the odd little mess. The Disney themed kids room was great and our kids really enjoyed it. Overall we would definetly stay again if we return to Disney area in the future. Brian

Great condo!

We used this condo during our recent trip to Disney and it was great. Not only is it close to the parks but it was a good size for our family of four. Having the high chair and pack and play was a huge help for us! The only thing I can suggest is to please supply the kitchen with more utensils, four forks and spoons just aren't enough! We hope to use this beautiful condo again in the future.

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our 5 day getaway to Disney! Wendy’s condo was exactly as advertised. Super clean and had all the amenities! She was so receptive and easy to get ahold of. Could not have been more accommodating! Even better, it’s just minutes to all the parks! We were completely satisfied and would stay again and again!

Best at Windsor Hills

We have stayed at different condos at Windsor Hills probably 10 times. This condo was our favorite. The king bed was very comfortable, with quality bedding. I slept better there than at home. The kitchen had helpful items left there for us like trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, coffee ( which we didn’t need because we brought our own) and quite a few other items that we didn’t need to spend a lot of money to get a weeks worth which was nice. It also had nice small appliances. The condo had nice furnishings. I will try to stay there if available whenever we go to Windsor Hills.

Beautiful, Clean, Wonderful, Convenient!

This property is perfect for a family of 6 enjoying an Orlando vacation. The condo is very clean with beautiful and fun décor. Our kids loved the Disney themed bedroom and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. The gated community resort area is first class, as it is well maintained and safe, and the pool, splash park, and recreation areas are an added bonus for kids and adults alike. We spent all of our days at Disney, and the property is very close and convenient to all the parks. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Great location and beautifully updated condo

We have stayed in many houses, hotels and condos around the Disney area with our family of five, but this was the nicest place we’ve found. It was updated, clean, and a perfect location to the parks. Highly recommend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is clean, and updated nicely! It’s very peaceful and quite there. Also a nice view out the sliding door. There is NOT carpet anywhere, so that is nice. I think the website shows some carpet in bedrooms, but that has been removed. The beds were comfortable too! Wendy, the host was very kind and accommodating! It had everything we needed! The pool area is also beautiful. You feel very safe in this area. Walmart is literally around the corner! You can’t go wrong staying here!! Much better than any hotel!

My only complaint is the air, because I like to sleep in the cold and you’re only allowed to adjust the air to 72 at the lowest.
