Amazing villa close to Disney with 5* Reviews

This Stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas (to many to list ). This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a few miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. You will be thirty minutes from universal studios and island of adventure and about the same for sea world. Disney parks are a short 10 minute drive from the villa
This spacious villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry),king bedroom with a memory foam mattress ,queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom all bedrooms are en-suite. the villa is mostly on one level so ideal for wheel chairs. The private indoor open courtyard pool and Spa is unusual for a Florida villa in design as it is in the center of the building not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy while using the pool, spa, and pool deck areas. The villa also has a garage with slate full size pool table ,arcade console,PS4, table tennis and dart board, plus a private drive.
Many reviews have been written from previous guests from all over the world, please take time to read these as we take the utmost care in trying to make my guests stay as memorable as it can be.
UPDATE -- a Ring doorbell has been fitted to add extra security to the front door and a camera has been fitted to the outside of the pool door area please note this camera is only for security purposes and is only showing the outside of the property.

Great place! Quiet community. We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to come back to after long days at the parks. Very comfortable rooms. We appreciated have our own bathrooms too. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday villa

This was our first time using this villa. We have previously used 2 other villa's within Lindfield's Reserve and this has been the best by far. The villa was fantastic and had everything you could wish for. I would not hesitate to book this villa again.

This was a great place for our family. Great layout and outdoor space for everyone and it feels very private. The pool and hot tub are great! Only about 20 mins to Magic Kingdom too. We don’t usually rent the same place 2x but we hope to rent this again our next trip to Disney.

One of the best vacation homes. The check-in process was very easy, the entire experience was great and we have already talked about doing this again at the same place. The house was very clean and just as described. Well equipped kitchen and the pool were amazing.

Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It has a great, unique layout and was the perfect size for our family of 5. Absolutely loved the pool and spa and had a great time in the rec room playing old school arcade games. Everything worked as expected and the check in process couldn't have been easier. Very responsive owner and management company. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Villa

The house sits on the corner in the middle of a very small community. It was peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully maintained with a well organized kitchen. The pool area was private and we used it and the hot tub daily. One of the suites is detached from the main part of the house adding privacy and a nice retreat from the kids.

Family Getaway to Disney & Universal

Loved this House! Location was very convenient to Disney and Universal. The Pool and Hot tub were great for relaxing after a day walking around at the parks. We did pay the fee for heating since traveling in March and were very thankful since the weather was quite chilly. We also enjoyed the gameroom with many choices for our non-park days; billiards, arcade, and board games. The host has included many things to make the house more inviting and relaxing for families.

This home had every amenity we needed and much more! The home had ample space to spread out. Games galore! Made for fun evenings in the house! Kitchen had plenty appliances to make cooking easy, plus plenty of dinnerware. Pool area was large and had extras supplied. The welcome gift with sample size items was very helpful! Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for allowing us into your home!!

We had an amazing time in the cozy little Villa! It felt like h❤️Me !

My family and I needed to get away in the midst of the pandemic but yet and still we wanted to do it safely. This was perfect for us as we were able to relax and the kids had plenty of entertainment. There was never a dull moment! The kitchen and the bathrooms were fully stocked with all supplies needed and the the property manager Tracey was ALWAYS accessible! Not once did she not respond RIGHT AWAY to any question I had. This property was awesome!

Super layout and perfect location

The location made it super easy to get to shopping, restaurants and to the Disney Parks. We had a couple of small maintenance issues which were taken care of immediately. We loved the way the pool and the hot tub were in a central courtyard in relation to the other rooms. I think our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub as much as they enjoyed Disney World. Only complaint would be that the dishwasher and some of the kitchen pans could use replacing but that is VERY minor compared to the many benefits of this home. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

From the moment we booked the villa we couldn’t wait to get there & when we eventually did, it didn’t disappoint . The villa is amazing ,we are a family of 4 & it was perfect. The villa caters for every need, we all loved every aspect of it ,especially the pool. The location is ideal,it’s situated on a small private estate & everything you need is only a short drive away. What an AWESOME home!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary, this house was AMAZING! It looked exactly as the pictures showed, the owners thought of everything in terms of providing beach towels, hangers, extra blankets and much more! The layout of the house made it that much better. The only thing i would recommend is an updated stereo system instead of a CD changer i would add a speaker or something where guests can use Bluetooth. Other than that everything was great. The owner was very responsive and worked with me to accommodate my needs with no issues. The location was pretty close to everything. I would recommend this home to anyone who’s going to Florida for vacation.

Why they chose this property

we recently purchased this villa in Kissimmee without viewing it as we live in the uk, we had actually planned a 3 week vacation in august at which time we were going to look for a holiday home. We saw this home on Zillow for sale in an area that we knew and liked and immediately fell in love with it, what sealed it for us wasn't just the pictures but the excellent reviews the previous owners had received from holiday makers who had rented it, when we finally travelled over to complete on the purchase and take a look at the villa for the first time we knew we had made the right move , it was everything we had imagined and more. the previous owners had set up a beautiful home which is reflected by the amount of families who re book the villa for a second and third time
we feel extremely fortunate to now own this lovely home and look forward to sharing it with you if you decide to book it.

What makes this property unique

Another reason we chose this villa is its very unique pool and pool deck design.
instead of being on the rear of the villa like most villas where privacy is at a minimum.
this villa has the pool and deck in the centre of the villa with most bedrooms opening onto the pool deck and offering complete privacy.
also being in a gated community was a decideing factor.
there is also a tennis court and basket ball net within the grounds
