The location was excellent and about 20 minutes from Disney and 40 from Universal, with lots of shopping, dining, and activities nearby. The home itself was lovely, but several issues affected our stay.Cleanliness (5/10):We found hair in the showers and stained sheets and towels. The home needed a more thorough cleaning, and there was no broom or vacuum for guests to use.Beds and furniture: The queen bed had loose supports and misaligned slats. Both twin beds tilted, and headboards appeared poorly assembled. Living room chairs were wobbly, and the couch felt unstable, raising safety concer. We reported the bed issues, but no one inspected or fixed them.Maintenance: The dryer took multiple attempts to work, and the refrigerator leaked from the start of our stay. The dryer was never addressed, and the refrigerator was fixed only the day before checkout. Communication: Management was slow to respond and failed to follow through on several concerns.Had to follow up multiple times.Overall, the home and location have great potential, but cleanliness, furniture safety, maintenance, and guest communication need improvement. Guests shouldn't have to repeatedly follow up on basic comfort and safety issue.
