Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is situated in the Venetian Bay Villages complex, a safe gated community with 24 hour on site security. Conveniently situated close to the theme parks, attractions, shopping, and golf courses.

Our townhouse is fully furnished and many attractive amenities including:
* Free powerful internet access with wireless;
* Roku TVs with Netflix (over 2k+ free movies and channels), DVD player.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very nice and a great location. Manager communicated very quickly and addressed every concern promptly. Only negative I can even say is didn’t have tennis equipment or a volleyball for the court and on- site activities (tennis court, basketball, playground, secondary pools, and volleyball) except one pool closed at 7pm.

Second time visiting and very happy

Having stayed at this property last year we made sure we’d return this year. The price is very reasonable and the property is very comfortable. It was very suitable for 4 adults (a couple and two singles) but could easily manage a few more people. Basic household items were supplied to get us started and there’s a Walmart not too far away for everything we needed. Plenty of towels provided for both showering and using at the pool. Pool area is lovely. The owner is friendly and responsive, and regularly checked in with us throughout the stay. Will definitely stay here again should we revisit. Thank you!

Great location

The property was nice. Needed a bit more dusting. Would have been nice to have at least trial size of dishwasher soap and laundry soap. It was hot in the condo but the thermostat was at they said we could have it at without freezing. Great price and location for the theme parks.

Great property close to Disney!

Had a great experience at this rental! Host was SO communicative…. One of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. He constantly emailed us before the trip and during it to make sure we were doing well. Thank you for that! Property was a little outdated and could use some sprucing up, but everything was clean and in order. Make sure to bring your own laundry and dish soap!

Over all the place was excellent. We did arrive and the place wasn’t ready and we found a few broken items. We contacted management and things were handled very quickly. If we ever come back to that area we would most definitely stay there again. One thing to maybe improve is the kitchen appliances the stove was a bit of a challenge the burners kept popping off. Also no food storage except for the fridge.

Exceptionally Affordable Home Close to Parks

We had a great stay at this property. It is close to the Disney parks, shopping and dining. Access to the home is easy and felt secure because of the gated access with 24/7 guards. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, utensils, flatware & pots/pans. Like it states in the description, you will need to provide all your own necessities , like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags as well as dish & laundry soap. There was an abundance of towels available in the master closet. We didn’t utilize any of the on-site amenities, ie pools, basketball or volleyball courts, so I can’t speak to them. We would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was very easy and we loved being right by pool, basketball courts. The only thing that needs to be addressed would be the cleaning. Our floors were not vacuumed and the vacuum cleaner was full of hair and could not pick up anything. I took time to clean it out and vacuumed myself and it picked up a bunch of stuff. Needed to be dusted also, but everything else seemed to be in order.

Overall good place

Overall it was good. The townhome is old and could use a bit of a fresh over. It was clean, and there was Enough space for our family of four. Soaker tub in main bathroom did not work. Light in closet in main bedroom on first floor did not work. Overhead light/fan in main area did not work. I would expect to have toilet paper provided for the entire week (not 1.5 rolls per bathroom) and more than 2 garbage bags. Those are not items you can buy one or two of. I tried to use spa one day and the gate was locked. I asked the woman in the clubhouse to open, and she said she would send someone over, but never did. So we did not use those amenities.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property for a week long family vacation. The property was very clean and the check in process was very fast and easy. We were about 30 min drive from all of the amusement parks in Orlando and there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner and provided the contact info of the property mgr in case any unexpected issues occurred. I read some reviews before we booked where someone complained of being too hot, we were able to control the thermostat and had it set at 78 deg for most of our stay during a heat wave in Aug and had no issues with being hot. We also read about some people complaining about not having any soap/toilet paper or basic necessities until they were able to go out and purchase their own. Again we did not have that experience, there were some partially used paper towels and toilet paper in the home when we arrived along with hand soap in the bathrooms. There was also a well stocked kitchen and towels were available . I will say the linens and bedding could use a little sprucing up but overall for this price point we couldn't be more satisfied. There is a pool and a basketball and volley ball court nearby which was a good source of entertainment when we weren't visiting the amusement parks. All of the TVs had ROKU sticks and the internet worked well. We sure hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Everything worked fine and the place was clean and nice. Only thing we did not understand was the pool closed at sunset but closed way earlier making it hard to swim after our daily activities.

Great property and owner

The place was comfortable and as advertised with a great location. A quick 25 minute drive to Disney and/or Seaworld (even in mid-June) at a fraction of the cost of staying on property. We had a wonderful time and found the owner and property manager to be very responsive and make the check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient.

The property was ideal for our trip to Orlando. It was affordable and very clean and spacious. Very few products were supplied so you will need to bring most things you need. My only complaint would be that they do not supply washcloths or hand towels.

Nice place for the price point

Communication with the owner was really good. It fit our needs well. The place could use a little updating and maintenance. The cleaning service used could be better. Dust and hairs were found in multiple locations.

Reasonably priced and good Venetian Bay amenities. None of the pools were heated or felt heated though the big/main pool was reportedly heated; hot tub was hot. Tennis/pickleball and basketball courts were great, Beach volleyball area was well used and popular. The unit itself was fairly well equipped but could use a little TLC especially the carpet/flooring, and hand towels for the bathrooms. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, and dishwasher and laundry soap, as well as coffee and basket coffee filters.

Fantastic apartment, great location

We had a great holiday staying at this property. The gated community is clean and well kept and the guard on the front gate gives you that extra level of security. As for the location, this is in easy reach of all the major parks. Maximum time we spent on the road was 30 mins to Universal. Most of Disney can be reached in just over 20 mins. Being close to the 192 gives you plenty of choices for restaurants and mini golf !! As for the apartment itself, it was clean and tidy and had all you needed (kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery etc). The ice machine in the fridge was also a real bonus and produced plenty of ice. Also a big thanks to the owner who was always quick to respond to our emails was always on hand in case we needed anything. We'd have no hesitation about staying here again in the future.

Spectacular property very conveniently located

Good security. Friendly officers. Great flat with large rooms and all needed facilities for a few days vactions (a week). Pity we did not have time to try out all the area amenities (e.g. swimming pool, games room, etc.). The only problem we found was too much noturnal safety light entering through our windows. Difficult to sleep. Suggestion to the proprietor: install thicker window covers.
