This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath, two story end unit townhouse backs up to a forever wild to give you lots of privacy and a place to relax. It's like a little oasis!! Located in the Regal Oaks resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is super close to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theme parks like Disney & Universal and other attractions. We house many families of kids participating in events at ESPN Wide World of Sports as it is very close by.

The resort amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, a children's pool with slides, poolside bar, fun restaurant with games, lobby pantry market, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Check the resort clubhouse for children's activities.

This townhouse is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Featuring:
Private screen room facing forever wild (watch for deer to wander by);
New living room and dining furniture;
New carpet, curtains and blinds in downstairs bedrooms;
New blinds in upstairs twin rooms;
A fully equipped kitchen;

Wonderful stay

Family friendly property-Tammy was very responsive! We rented a car and were only 10-15 minutes away from the magic kingdom/EPCOT/Hollywood studios. Universal was about 30 minutes away. A small studio old fashioned fun park called old towne was only a walk away, but unfortunately time did not let us explore it. This unit was on the end and sits against woods so more private and a nice get away from the parks and the busy main road. The pool was nice for a dip and much bigger than at other condos where my husband and I have stayed in the past. A nice place for a wonderful first time Disney experience for my niece and nephews.

Great location

We were in town for the PGA Show. It was a very convenient location for getting around town and to the convention center. The condo was very comfortable and and a great place to relax after a long day.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was amazing. We were in town for a conference, and the location was perfect for where the conference was (Coronado Springs). Tammy responded to questions promptly, check in and check out was a breeze, and the unit was exactly as advertised. Would totally stay here again.

Christmas in Florida

Property was very clean with and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. The amenities at the resort were also clean and spacious. Nice pool area and gym. Location worked out great. Reasonable walking distance to Old Town Kissimmee and World Food Trucks. Close driving distance to Celebration as well.

Why they chose this property

We travel a lot and find our selves in Orlando frequently. It is a hot spot for vacationing so we decided to buy a second home here to rent out when we are not using it.

What makes this property unique

We loved the proximity of Regal Oaks Old Town to all the attractions while still being in a quiet private setting. We choose this end unit because of the extra privacy it provides. Most units face another unit and have a unit directly behind them. We have neither. And the community privacy wall is to one side. So there are only neighbors on one side. When It rains it sounds like you are in the middle of the jungle. It is so relaxing. The bonus is the deer that pass behind the property at least once a day.
