About this property

At the gates of Hamburg in the old country

Our apartment is spacious and contains everything you are used to from home. The apartment is u. a. equipped with washing machine, 40 'TV with video, stereo and WiFi connection. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need for a nice holiday. The apartment also has a terrace with a gas grill. Our house is located in the center of the municipality of Mittelkirchen. On the opposite side of the road is the river Lühe, which flows into the Elbe after about 4 km. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find a small EDEKA market and a restaurant with a sun terrace right on the Lühe. To reach everything within a radius of approx. 50 m. The following transport connections are available: bus to Stade, Buxtehude, Jork, Steinkirchen approx. 50 m away; Autobahn A26 approx. 4 km, S-Bahn connection towards Hamburg - Cuxhaven approx. 5 km; Ferry connection Lühe - Schulau 4km

The apartment house has a large garden with several terraces that can be used by the holiday guests of the apartments. Sun loungers, garden chairs and tables are sufficiently available. There are also several gas and charcoal grills available to our guests for a BBQ.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut gepflegt, comfortabel eingerichtet und für das "Alte Land" als Ferienziel für Radfahrer gut gelegen: Hamburg, Stade und Buxtehude alle gut erreichbar mit Rad oder Auto.

Die Wohnung ist an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen, was jedoch durch die Lage im Haus nicht weiter stört. Leider ist sie jedoch extrem einsehbar. Es gibt zwarnRolläden, aber da man nicht nur im Dunkeln leben möchte schützen die Fädenvorhänge vor Blicken nicht wirklich. Die Fenster liegen an den weiteren Eingängen des Hauses, auf der Seite zum Nachbarn oder zum Parkplatz. Hier ist häufig jemand unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sauber, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr viele Einrichtungsgegenstände weisen Beschädigungen auf, die wohl durch vorherige Mieter entstanden sind. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.

Angenehmes Wohnen, ruhig, bequem,schönes Ambiente.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles Notwendige vorhanden, da es abends etwas kühl wurde, konnte die Heizung für Wärme sorgen. Die Zimmer waren jeweils besonders mit Bildern und Objekten eingerichtet. Es war ruhig, von den anderen Gästen nichts zu hören.

Wirklich alles da was man im Alltag braucht, und das in super Zustand und blitzblank sauber!

Wie in der Beschreibung versprochen, war vom Föhn, der Bettwäsche bis zu den Handtüchern einfach alles da. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und sehr sauber und auch zentral gelegen! Hamburg war gut ab der Fähre in Finkenwerder zu erreichen aber auch die Nordsee konnten wir einfach in einen Tagesausflug einbauen. Die Vermieterin hat uns am ersten Tag herzlich begrüßt und uns wirklich tolle Tipps zu unseren geplanten Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
