The modern furnished holiday room is (about 23 square meters large and is located in the basement. Through the large windows the room is bright and friendly. A TV is available in the room. The equipment includes a bathroom with shower, toilet for sole use. In the hallway is a small kitchen area which is equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, egg cooker and microwave. This area is shared with the other two holiday rooms. The initial supply of towels and bed linen is included in the price. A terrace is also available for shared use.
The three rooms are located directly in the house of the host in a quiet residential area in the district Neuhof. A terrace and parking are available on the property. The beach and the center are about 15 minutes walk. Shops are about 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast is available on request for 4,50 € per person / day.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
