Amazing!!

This house was perfect for our getaway to Kings Island! The host was wonderful to work with and made our stay easy! The house was super clean and had everything we needed! Everyone enjoyed the game room especially the pool table and the board games they had for us to enjoy during our stay! The house is huge and has plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely book again when we come back!

Perfect!

Was in town for my sons college baseball tournament. Perfect location & house!! Quiet area, not too far from anything! Directions were easy, Host was very accommodating if we had questions. Will definitely recommend to anyone!!

Our two couples had a very enjoyable stay. Check-in and out was seamless. Easy communication with our Host. The house was very large, very quiet and exactly as described in the listing and photos. The kitchen was well-furnished with everything we needed. The smart TV was easy to use. Lots of movies, a pool table and other entertainment items for kids and kids at heart in the lower level. Beautiful quiet setting. Easy-to-use washer and dryer. Separate bedrooms and bathroom in the lower level. Some of the furnishings and kitchenware could be updated and upgraded, but overall a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Five stars all the way!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We were in town for a Celebration of Life and had family coming in from all over. It was the perfect house to stay for a few nights and get to spend time with family. We even had room to invite some local cousins over to hang out for a few hours. Ray was very responsive in all communication.

Hidden gem

What a perfect combination of b4ing in the country and yet still being close to amenities like restaurants and stores if needed.This property is on a beautiful lot souroubded by forest all around. Lots to do both at the house andin the area. The house has a ton of games, board, card, pool table shuffle board, and basketball. The house is huge big enough for a family reunion. Everything that is upstairs, like a kitchen and laundry room is also downstairs.Owner was super friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Only recommendation would be is to have some lanterns in the house the power went out twice, once for about 8 hours luckily i made friends with the neighbor and was able to borrow things from them

Best Friends Weekend

We found this place after losing our rental of 15 years due to a home sale. It was a convenient location and a great price. The large kitchen.and island made it perfect for spreading out food and drinks. The screened-in porch was nicer than we expected from the photo. The beds were very comfortable.Our main issue was having only overhead lighting in the living room and porch. A few lamps and side tables would have helped create a cozier atmosphere.Ray was responsive to any questions.

Lovely retreat!!!

This property was exactly what we have always wanted a vacation stay to be! The views and the beauty of the home was perfect. It has tons of space and lots of yard for the children to run around. It was away from the busy city but close to all the things we love, like Kings Island!! We will stay there again in the future!

Christmas getaway get together

Our family met up at this lovely home to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed a special Christmas away from home. But, the warmth and welcoming setting truly felt like “home”. We enjoyed the game room and the peaceful surroundings. Also, plenty of space to spread out. Close enough to visit relatives and activities in Cincinnati. Ray was an awesome host and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to a return trip next time we visit family in the area.

Great Stay

The place is spacious and clean and homey. It has so many fun games and the Master suite is luxuriant. Ray was kind and clear and enjoyable to work with. We are coming back next year for the same trip.

Nice & spacious

The property is a hidden gem - literally. The driveway to the property takes you up the path to a jewel that’s hidden behind the trees. Garage, laundry room, full kitchen with plenty of appliances and accessories. My favorite space was the master bedroom with sunroom and deck. Downstairs is plenty of room. We had a get together celebrating a graduation and family stayed comfortably in one of the 4 downstairs bedrooms of their choice. When I had a question, the host Ray was a phone call/text away and answered any questions. I would definitely love to come back when it’s not so rainy so we can enjoy the grill, deck and fire pit.

Awesome house!

The house was beautiful, better than the pictures! The host was very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend staying here strongly enough. Very close to Kings Island too.

Secluded Get-away

We were visiting the Cincinnati area for a baseball tournament. This house was a perfect fit for our family of 5 plus my sister-in-law's family of 6. The kids loved the gameroom and the room to run in the outdoors. It's a very spacious home and the communication with the owner was excellent. He was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area!

Home away from home

Ray is an absolute joy to rent from. He was incredibly helpful and kind. The home is breathtakingly beautiful and exactly what you want if you are looking for peace, quiet, and luxury. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it's just a short drive to everything. If you are headed to the Dayton or Cincinnati area, check this place out!!

Spring Break Get-away

The house was wonderful, with lots of space and large rooms. Kitchen was nicely supplied, the whole house was very clean with plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. It was great to have the use of the garage for our automobile. I loved the solitude and privacy this property provided, with woods surrounding three sides of the house. My wife and I had a very relaxing time away from home!

Out of Town Job

I have a construction company, we were contracted to do a job in the area. Rented this house for my crew and to say that they thought this house was the best is an understatement. House was super clean and beds were comfortable. These guys told me that this was hands down the best place I ever booked for them.

Peace and Quiet

Ray's property felt like visiting a friend, and the space and the amenities were welcoming. I loved the fact that there was nature, peace and quiet outside the front door, and the screened-in porch was our favorite place to be! There were little quirks, but Ray was good at telling us about them and they did not negatively affect our experience. We will definitely be back next year, if available.
