About this property

Stelvio cottage with view of King Ortler CIN IT021095B4BH45XWJM

Original Vinschger stone house, modernly equipped. Secluded, with a magnificent view, King Ortler. In the middle of the Stelvio National Park.
The house offers a spacious terrace, stands directly on the hiking trail and is surrounded by nature and a handful of houses of this small fraction of the municipality of Stelvio. The bedrooms with a view of Ortler, as well as the living room (kitchen, living room) face south. The sun accompanies the guest from morning to evening. Summer and winter.

We also have another property on FEWO. The rustic and authentic farmhouse Knottn Hüttl is located in the forest in St. Pankraz in the Ultental, very close to Merano. We have been running this as a host for some time. You are welcome to get an idea and learn more about us hosts through the various comments.

When booking, an additional 95 euros final cleaning will be charged, as well as 2 euros / person / night tourist tax. Except children.

    Geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit Blick auf Straße zum Stilser Joch

    Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit erwachsenen Kindern und kleinem Hund sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie mit größeren Kindern. Da keine zweite Toilette vorhanden ist, bleibt man vielleicht besser unter sich. Der Stau-Wasserfall in unmittelbarer Nähe ist recht laut, aber man gewöhnt sich an das Hintergrundgeräusch. Schöne Wanderrouten in der Nähe, für Abwechslung muss man aber auch etwas weiter fahren. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber in.

    Grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft mit Potential

    Vorab handelt es sich hier um sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. An einigen Stellen hat das Haus und die Ausstattung durchaus noch Potential. So ist die Küche wirklich dürftig ausgestattet. Ein Wasserkocher, ein kleines Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank etc. sollte schon Standard sein. Ebenso ausreichend Handtuchhalter im Bad oder auch Zahnputzbecher wären zu erwarten. Wer die Einstellung am Thermostat in den Schlafzimmern ändern möchte sollte sich vor einem Stromschlag in Acht nehmen. Wenn an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch nachgebessert wird passt auch das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Vermieter und Aussicht sind schon jetzt Extraklasse.

    Tolles Haus mit tollen Wandertouren ins der Nähe

    Das Haus hat einen tollen Mix zwischen Moderne und Ursprünglichkeit. Wir hatten das Glück, bei guten Wetter die Abende auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderungen perfekt geeignet. Man ist für sich alleine. Der Nachbar - ein Ziegenhirt - bringt morgens seine Ziegen zur Weide und holt sie abends wieder ab. Auch für Hunde gut geeignet. Kommunikation mit den Vermieter per WhatsApp lief super ab. Um zum Haus zu gelangen, muss man schon seine Koffer einen Hang nochmal hochschleppen - sollte man einkalkulieren - dann ist das kein Problem. Wir würden wiederkommen.

    Woning met fantastisch uitzicht

    We hebben hele fijne dagen gehad. Het is een mooi huis met een prachtige ligging/uitzicht. Enige minpunt is dat de auto niet goed geparkeerd kan worden en de woning slecht toegankelijk is voor mensen met een beperking. Dit gezien je een helling op dient te lopen naar de accomodatie toe en een trap wel prettig zou zijn.

    Tolle Wanderferien im Vinschgau

    Schönes Haus, tolle Terrasse zum draußen sitzen und essen. Zum Bäcker muss man nach Prad fahren. Für eine Wander- oder MTB Woche empfehlenswert.

    Vacanza a tutta montagna!

    Vacanza in famiglia con cane al seguito. Casa funzionale e ben organizzata. Terrazza con vista stupenda sulla valle e le cime dell'Ortles. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata ottima. Ci siamo proprio rilassati.
