Max. 6 adults- The light-flooded living space of 136 m² is perfectly divided into a very modern living area with comfortable sofa, TV, music system, telephone and adjacent open kitchenette, with the latest technology? Dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer u. V. M. The large dining table invites you to share meals and from there you can look into the beautiful garden, which is protected by a hedge. The highlight is the spa area in the 1st. First floor with a spacious wellness area with relaxation bed, in which you can use the sauna and the separate steam room, a rain-dance shower and a Kneipp hose for healthy applications. Furthermore, there are four separate bedrooms upstairs 2x with double bed and 2x with 2 single beds each. In the family-friendly holiday home are of course also a wagon, high chair and cot and a washing machine available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Two car parking spaces are located directly at the house 3 sea pearls. If you like to be pampered, just use the bookable bread delivery service and receive daily fresh bread right up to the front door. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking dream house.
