About this property

At the gates of Hamburg, in the old country

Our apartment is spacious and contains everything you would expect from home. The equipment is very high quality with washing machine, 32 'TV, DVD, stereo, Win PC and WLAN connection. Our house is located in the center of the community Mittelkirchen. Across the street runs the river Lühe, which flows into the Elbe after about 4 km. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find a small EDEKA market, and a restaurant with a sun terrace directly on the Lühe. Everything within a radius of about 50 meters. The following transport links are available: bus to Stade, Buxtehude, Jork, Steinkirchen approx. 50 m away; Highway A26 approx. 4 km, S-Bahn connection direction Hamburg - Cuxhaven approx. 5 km; Ferry connection Lühe - Schulau 4 km.

The apartment house has a large garden with several landscaped terraces that can be used by the holidaymakers of the apartments. Sun loungers, garden chairs and tables are sufficiently available. There are also several gas and charcoal barbecues for a BBQ available to our guests.

Dies Wohnung kann man nicht als Ferienobjekt anbieten

Die Wohnung ist dunkel, der muffige "Duft" wird von einem Raumduftspender übertüncht.Es fehlen Brandmelder. Die Toilettentür schlist nicht ohne "Kraftanstrengung". Das Bett ist zu schmal, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem. Personen, die nicht sehr schlank sind, haben Probleme mit der Dusche. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, mussten wir uns tagsüber zum Glück nicht in der Wohnung aufhalten.

Bild bei Fewo stimmt mit der Realität überein

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Leider hat die Reparatur des Fernsehers eine ganze Woche gedauert, trotz Bemühens des Vermieters. Leider war das Bett sehr durchgelegen und der Sofa ebenfalls. Die Wohnung insgesamt sehr dunkel, da nur ein großes Fenster in der Küche, sonst Oberlichte die mit einem Gitter abgedeckt sind. Die Veranda ist eine Zumutung: Banklehnen verrostet und der Boden sowie die Eingangsstufen zur Wohnung schmutzig mit Laub und Moos bewachsen. Auch der Schuhabstreifer ist mit Moos bewachsen, Der Grillplatz nicht geputzt sowie die Grills alle verrostet und im inneren mit Wasser. In der ganzen Wohnung waren keine Rauchmelder installiert. Haben diese Bewertung bereits an den Vermieter. gesendet. Trotzdem war unser Urlaub sehr schön.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse

Habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Vermieter sehr nett. Man ist nahe an der Lühe und mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten an der Elbe. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Komme gerne nochmal wieder.
