Guests have access to the entire home including the front and back yards. The garage is off-limits.
We can offer an early check-in for $10 per hour, when available. Late checkouts are not possible.

This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a personalized 5-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This door code will be provided the morning of the reservation.

We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. However, we know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. Please relax as all our homes come with $500 ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE. Let us know and we can get it taken care of at no expense to you.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

There is absolutely no access to garage.

One washcloth/towel provided for each guest listed on the reservation.

No laundry detergent provided. Travel size toiletries available to get you started. We suggest bringing toiletries for reservations 2+ days.

No extra linens or blankets provided. If more guests are joining your stay, let us know to update the reservation so that we may leave prepare the home accordingly.

There is no cable tv. The tv is a smart TV with Roku Channels. This means you can stream movies, channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc. A listing with cable tv will have "Cable TV" listed as an amenity.

We do not de-ice or shovel the driveway during winter months.

The thermostat has parameters set. The heat will go no higher than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit and the A/C (cooling) will go no lower than 72 Degrees Fahrenheit.

The nightly base price is for the first 3 guests. There is an additional fee of $10 per guests per night for each additional guests.


Additional rules
Please carefully read our House Rules before your stay. All guests who have booked and paid for their stay with us are obligated to adhere to the following House Rules. Any violation of these rules could result in additional fees and/or immediate booking cancellation and a right to a refund will be forfeited as per our reservation policy. The host reserves the right to remove any guest from the home at any time and/or apply violation fees to the reservation. Thank you for being a courteous and responsible guest and we hope you enjoy your stay!

1. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION is required for security and liability purposes. Please submit a driver’s license (or an equivalent ID) to mpowergroup222@gmail.com , or you may text your ID to 931-302-4266 . Once the ID is received, the door code will be activated.

2. NO VISITORS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR EVENTS are allowed on our premises. We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $100 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing. Prior to instant booking, locals are required to contact the host for these reasons as well.

3. NO SMOKING, on the premises. This includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. Guests may smoke in their vehicles, designated by host area or at the end of the driveway. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee.

4. NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR on-premises. We want you to enjoy your stay with us but ask that all our guests conduct themselves appropriately as to not disrespect our home and neighbors. The host reserves the right to remove guests in violation of this rule and a refund will not be granted.

5. NO TAMPERING/REMOVING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS on-premises. All our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras to ensure the safety and cooperation of our guests. Please do not tamper, block, or remove cameras. Guests who violate this rule will be removed immediately; their reservation canceled without refund.

6. DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS will accrue additional fees for the guest. Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a ‘courteous guest', therefore excessive dirtiness and /or damages to the home or property will result in additional fees. ***AirBnB guests, will pay a 100% refundable security deposit of $250. The security deposit will be requested after the booking has been confirmed. Per AirBnB guest terms of service section 4.1 “you are responsible for leaving an accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived”.

7. LATE CHECKOUT will result in $50 fees for every 30 minutes the guest persists on premises after checkout. The standard checkout time for any reservation is 11 am. Our cleaning crew is scheduled to service homes between reservations; therefore, we ask guests to cooperate with check-out/check-in times.

8. PET POLICY: We allow a maximum of (1 )pet (including service animals) per reservation for our pet-friendly homes.
We love pets and have (1) of our own! However, as a common courtesy to us, our home, our cleaners and future guests; we kindly ask that you respect the following PET POLICIES & RULES:
• Guest must provide pet bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur outside. House towels are NOT to be used for pets.
• Pets are not allowed on in bedrooms , on furniture or in beds.
• Pets are to be crated anytime they are left home alone.
• If guests’ pet sheds, please brush outside daily and clean up any hair inside the house.
• Guests must pick up after their pet and discard waste properly. Our cleaners will NOT pick your pet waste from the yard. Please bring your own plastic bags.
• Pets are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage immediately so we can fix any issues before our next guests arrive.
• We ask that you vacuum and clean up messes at the end of your stay.
• The “Accidental Damage Insurance” does NOT cover pet damage.

9. GUESTS MAY NOT RECEIVE MAIL to the reservation address. Please do not list any of our rental home addresses as your place of residence.

10. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS, or reservations made by an individual on behalf of others, will accrue an additional $500 refundable deposit to be paid after confirming the reservation. The driver’s license of the person that reserved the listing along with a driver’s license and phone number of at least 1 member that will be staying in the listing will be submitted to the listing agent.

11. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FEES ACCRUED PERTAINING TO ANY VIOLATION while on our premises. Any damages made by guests, their friends, family members, or pets will be subject to additional fees that exceed the “Accidental Damage Insurance” of $500.

12. PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY ISSUES. We strive to provide all our guests with a positive experience and are dedicated to doing just that. We live close by and ask that if you have any concerns during your stay to please reach out to us, we’ll be happy to help resolve any issues and ensure you have a pleasant stay.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (guest/s) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MPower Group, Natasha and Joshua Parker . its/their officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses.

Your cooperation with our House Rules is appreciated and although most of our guests are courteous and responsible during their stay, we wish to give full disclosure of our policies ahead of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The showers, my god the showers
Nice clean house with an accommodating and understanding host. I missed my email and she was able to get us in still when we got to the house! (Thanks again!) Also, the showers were AMAZING. It was only a stay over for a break in driving to Florida, but very nice place!

Great Stay!
My family and I stayed here to be together while we handled my father’s passing. The host was very compassionate and present during our stay. The house itself is very nice as well. We loved the sun room and showers. I will definitely remember this host and home for my families future needs!

Natasha has decades of military background to include working with military and their families, FRG leader at Fort Campbell, military child , and so much more . Josh and Natasha also do interior designing for a major furniture business located in Clarksville , TN. Natasha and Josh have been hosting on VRBO since 2022 and have used their services as guests since 2013. Josh has amazing communication skills , particularly, in motivating speaking . Natasha and Josh both decided to pour love into this VRBO profession to dedicate our time to assist with hosting stays . We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome VRBO experience.

Natasha and Josh residents total together 34 years in Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 , with a new grandchild and 1 fur son . We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using VRBO during our travels. In fact, that's also what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

We love our local “Thai Bowl “ restaurant. We go there once a week. Let us know if you want to dine there with us , the owners Ben and his wife are amazing. The food is awesome. Our two favorite places in town area Dunbar Cave Park and Thai bowl . We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well. Also if you would like to book a session of energy therapy, need a coupon code for 20% off of furniture from Ashley furniture in clarksville , interior design if you’re waiting for house to be completed , or need to purchase sovereigns we would love to assist.
