This exclusive penthouse is situated in a prime location, directly on the marina with a wonderful view of the water, in the heart of the new BeachBay vacation resort on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Enjoy the comfort, the unforgettable view over the marina, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea and spend wonderful days on the Baltic Sea beach of Travemünde-Priwall.

The four separate bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. The penthouse on the 4th floor is stylishly and modernly furnished, all rooms are bright and flooded with light. The kitchen and living area are in one room. The first bathroom has a double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool. In the second bathroom you can warm up in the sauna after a long walk in the cool Baltic Sea air.

In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast with the whole family on the balcony. On the 4th floor, you have a wonderful view of the glittering waves of the Baltic Sea and the harbor entrance with the passing ships.

Please note that you cannot drive directly to the apartment by car, the parking lot is approx. 200 m away.

All registered vacation guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-way ferry trip across the Trave is included (only in conjunction with the swimming pool admission). You will receive more information with your rental documents or from the service staff on site.

Your vacation apartment also has a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray player, music system and an additional flat-screen TV in the living room. Classic entertainment is also provided, as you can borrow binoculars from reception for a small deposit, allowing you to follow the goings-on on the water and the other side of the Trave. In the evening, the light from the bioethanol fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the well-equipped kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.

The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and stores in the 'Market Hall'. The restaurant "Ahoi by Steffen Henssler" is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlor on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bicycle rental, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. offers fun and games for the whole family. The Priwall is an approximately three-kilometer-long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your vacation home.

Wunderbarer Ausblick
Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön und wir haben dies sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist alles vorhanden, die Wände könnten mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen und die Kabel hängen unten raus beim Fernseher. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war leider etwas beschwerlich. Wir wollten nach Late Check Out fragen, aber dies konnte uns gar nicht beantwortet werden bei der Hotline… Streng waren die Checkout Regeln, schon um 10 Uhr Abreise und man muss die Spülmaschine ausräumen, sonst muss man Strafe zahlen. Nicht sehr guter Service bei den hohen Reinigungsgebühren.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung
Das Apartment hat eine sehr schöne Lage, eine gute Ausstattung an Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Man kann Spaziergänge am Strand oder an der kleinen Promenade von Travemünde machen. Restaurants und Cafés sind auch reichlich vorhanden. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen.

Außergewöhnliches Appartement
Tolle Aussicht, Handtuch für die Füße hat gefehlt. Ein Abtrockhanduch wäre auch toll gewesen. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Der Balkonboden war dreckig, unter den Betten Wollmäuse. Mehr Kaffeepötte wären super. Schnapsgläser braucht man nicht soviele. Wenn diese Dinge verbessert werden, super Appartement. Traumhafte Aussicht. Gute Lage. Parkplatz vorhanden finde ich auch wichtig. Schöne Lokale, sollte man frühzeitig Tisch reservieren.
