Why they chose this property

It is a big home with a garden, ideal for families and friends who like to have a nice holiday and relax.
The position of the house in Chios town allows you to visit every corner of the island, the nautical museum, Kastrominas cultural center, the mastic museum, the wonderful beaches, the central bus station and enjoy your holidays on our island.
Close to home there is a mini market offering bread and a restaurant. You may also order food and coffee from the super market and the "fagi" online app for free.

What makes this property unique

Every guest is special to us and we are always there to help and provide tips for local events.
It is a big house and although in the town it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is surrounded by our garden.
There is equally easy access to everywhere. The port, the bus terminal, the cultural events theater and the beach, are about 10 minutes walk.
