The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, coffee and dishwasher, stove and oven and microwave. Parking in the yard are available (see picture).

The special feature is the terrace overlooking Huttenheim in sunny and bright weather. It can be wonderful in the morning breakfast or otherwise use.
Interaction with guests
The owners are in the immediate vicinity, so that they can be notified in urgent cases. Partly I am also a mediator because my office is nearby.

The area is relatively noise-free, so you can find peace and relaxation here. The forest in the immediate vicinity invites you to go for a walk. A pharmacy, dentist's and two doctor's offices are also not far away and can be reached in less than 5 minutes!

The train station can be reached in less than 10 minutes by foot, so that there is a direct connection to Germersheim, Speyer, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim and Bruchsal. With a unique change in Graben Neudorf you get wonderfully to Karlsruhe.
