About this property

70 sqm (3 rooms) lovingly furnished apartment is available for your sole use. The living / dining room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed (as a walk-through room), another room has 2 single beds. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was modernized in 2018. On the terrace you can relax in good weather. In front of the house there is free parking. The apartment is located in Bornheim Walberberg, which borders directly on the castle town of Brühl. Castle Augustusburg is z. B. about 5 km away. The Phantasialand amusement park is about 1.5 km away. Tram line 18 can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. Very good connection to Cologne and Bonn. Highway 1 minute away. Very beautiful hiking trails with numerous lakes, which are well suited for swimming. Joggers will get their money's worth. Cologne fair approx. 30 minutes by train from Brühl train station.

Great property and lovely host Would recommend to owner/guests: - bring an Amazon fire stick/laptop if you would like to watch any TV - Uber is a godsend for getting around €8 to phantasialand - 15 min walk to the local supermarket edeka

Familientreffen

Die sehr große Wohnung verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse mit lustiger Hängeschaukel, ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Und, sehr sauber! Der Kontakt zu Frau Hehl lief sehr gut über SMS, völlig unkompliziert. Die Tram 18 ist in ca 7 min zu erreichen, Richtung Bonn oder Köln. Wir haben Mutter/Oma besucht, die ebenfalls in nur 5 min zu erreichen war, und konnten uns idealerweise immer wieder kurz zurückziehen. Nächstes Jahr zum 90. Geburtstag möchten wir wiederkommen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.
