Summer in March

The property served our needs reasonably well. The apartment was convenient to beaches and restaurants. It is located on a very busy road (we knew this when we booked), so we might seek a quieter location next year. Things to consider, the washer did not work properly during the whole 2 week stay, the refrigerator and bath fan made a lot of noise, the kitchen wasn't really set up for making a full meal. The grill and back yard space was behind a gate to the back apartment though we assume we could have used it if we felt comfortable. Andrey was quick to respond to our concerns, though we reported them during the second week and had to leave before any were resolved. We think the apartment was worth the price.

Two week stay

The 2 bedroom, 1bathroom house had spacious rooms and well appointed kitchen. Overall very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was especially spacious with a walk in shower. Access to backyard and grill was not available because of another rental behind our unit.
