Awesome house with fenced in yard!

Great location close to the beach and great bakeries. Very close to a beautiful trail as well. The fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. Roomy and cute area inside with all amenities and nice furniture. Will stay again!

I was very disappointed with the whole thing 1- health issues caused me to request cancel 2- call center rep said TOUGH... you should have read the cancellation policy. He did nothing but yawn the whole phone call and was very rude 3- We went anyway .... the neighborhood looked like the slums and the room was a dump. We turned around and left. Didn't even stay the night. They have some nerve calling this a vacation spot.

Hi Ron and Mary, Thank you for the review of the apartment that you did not even visit. The camera at the entrance did not show anyone arriving either on May 13 or 14. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is good and safe and located exactly as shown on the map! The apartment is not a room but a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, Living room, bedroom, and bathroom. We have many returning guests who come back year after year. I'm sorry that the VRBO representative was rude to you but based on the messages you sent to us and your review, you are a rude and bitter person as well. Be well Andrey.

Great place to stay with pets

This place was perfect! I took 2 little dogs and it was perfect with a fenced in back yard so I could let them out. It was on a busy street so I had to be careful because the gate was a bit flimsy. The grass never got cut and it was too tall, but overall everything else was wonderful. Comfortable and clean. Very nice inside! I'd recommend this place for sure.

Okay overall

Property wasn't bad. Code to enter property was different than the one sent by property owner. Had to contact them before we could enter due to this. Overall the place was fine. Only real concern was not sure that the cleaning crew checked the washer and dryer in the unit as there were a few stragglers of the previous renters laundry left behind in the dryer. Also the bedsheets and blankets were very dated. The elastic on the bedsheets was very worn out and the sheets just wouldn't stay on the bed with normal movement during the night. Also the blanket/comforter was dated (lacy and frilled) and not super comfortable sleeping with but that may just me being picky. Overall the location appeared very clean and comfortable and was easy access to local shopping/restaurants.

nice place and nice space in the back yard, but not well kept up. it was 2 apartments in a small house, fortunately the couple in front were quiet and so were we, so that worked out well. Yes, we would go back again! It was worth it for the cost, better than a hotel, full kitchen!

Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $10/per night. We define a guest as anyone who enters the apartment.
Upon your check-out, all keys must be returned to their original lockbox location. If the lockout is needed call (941)363-1043 or (941)529-7669 during the business time (9:30 AM-4:30 PM) charge will be $40.00 and the off-hours $65.00 fee. If no manager is available, you will need to call the locksmith at (941)924-8020 to come to change the locks. You will be responsible for this charge and all related charges
It is your responsibility as the guest to report any damage you find inside the apartment within the first 4 hours of check-in. We do thorough maintenance checks, but sometimes, we miss things. When this happens, we will confirm that the damage was not your responsibility. However, if no damage is reported within the first 4 hours of the booking, and there is damage found at the end of your stay, the replacement, and repair value will be the responsibility of the guest. By reporting some issues in the first 4 hours we can confirm the condition and free you of responsibility.
Early Check-in & Late Check-Out
If you want to check in early or check out late, you must request the option at least 24 hours in advance. Our early check-in time is 2:00 pm. Our late check-out time is 1:00 pm. The cost for either of these is $35. If you are in the apartment after the check-out time, you will be assessed a $35 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. All ECI and LCO are subject to our approval and availability. We are not responsible for guest belongings after check-out time. Your items will be moved outside by the door and our teams will clean the unit immediately.
