A happy guest.

It's a sweet space in a beautiful, green community. And, it's convenient to so many restaurants, grocery store, and a short drive to downtown Sarasota.

Condo was adequate, but had issues. We booked with friends on same site with same agent. They had a bigger condo with less issues & we paid more, (several thousand). Patio loaded with wasp/bee nests which we sprayed avoiding the lights as didn’t want an electrical issue. Patio sidewalk with caution tape due to damage never changed. Kitchen loaded with power cords in & out of cabinets which were dangerous. Upper cabinet had exposed outlet behind plates. Disappointed as it was presented differently than it is. I have photos if needed to verify. We saw nicer places for less there.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. Had we been informed of any issues during your stay, we would have addressed them promptly. We did attend to the wasp concern, but no other issues were communicated at the time. If there are safety concerns, it's especially important they’re reported right away so we can resolve them. We work hard to represent our properties accurately and to ensure a 5-star experience for all guests. It's worth noting that despite your prior 1-star rating on VRBO, we welcomed your reservation in good faith and aimed to provide a positive experience. Pricing varies based on timing, location, and amenities. Your unit, booked closer to arrival, has one of the best views and locations in the complex. We cannot speak to the pricing of properties we don’t manage. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
