This beautiful 3bed/2bath Villa comes with covered parking and is Turnkey Furnished and ready for you winter retreat! Master bedroom is downstairs, guest bedroom upstairs. Located in Springlake in The Meadows centrally located in Sarasota. Just a short drive to Benderson Park and the UTC mall area where you will find a plethora of dining and shopping options or take a quick 15-20 min drive to Sarasota's downtown or our world famous beaches. Lakewood ranch downtown and Waterside attractions are also just a short drive away. The Meadows offers multiple levels of seasonal memberships if you choose to do so and offers 3 golf courses, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts or enjoy the miles of walking trails through a mature Florida landscape full of wildlife at no cost. There is a community pool in Springlake that you will have access to for additional fee as well.
