Very clean & quiet - and the master bed was heavenly!

This ground floor condo had everything I needed for my week long stay - with parking right outside the front door. The pool and tennis courts were very well maintained and everyone I met at the complex was very friendly. This is a great central location and very convenient to downtown, the airport, the beaches and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

While waiting for the closing on their new home, I rented this property for my daughter and her family. They were very comfortable there and able to enjoy the pool and grounds. Check in was seamless as was check out. Thanks!!

Good Condo; Needs Updated

the condo itself was good size and loved the screened porch and community amenities with after office hours check-in made easy. However, there was a hole in the screens in need of repair. Area traffic was bad, a 10 mile beach trip took hours. On surface the unit was clean but the sofas were soiled and stained and made noises when you sat on them. The kitchen was cheaply furnished and Ill-equipped, as was the screened porch furniture. Appeared to be some water damage in master bath that was painted over but not properly repaired/replaced with some mold evidence. While traffic was bad in the area, it is close to the grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and other shopping. The first floor location of the unit and parking in the parking lot was very available and very convenient.

Well keep condo with a great location.

Just what we needed!

This is our 2nd stay on the property and find it calming and quiet. Check in and out is super easy considering we had a late arrival and an early departure. Great location for visiting family. Our accommodation was very clean for the most part comfortable. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Winter Break

Beautiful condo. Excellent amenities. FYI, there are no basic condiments in the unit ( no salt/pepper), no dishwasher liquid, no dish sponge. These things are so basic, it would be nice to have them the kitchen. There was one small packet of laundry detergent . Adding hairdryer would be nice too. But location, cleanliness and amenities are excellent.
