BRIGHT, BEAUTIFULLY UPGRADED FIRST FLOOR END-UNIT AT SHOREWALK

Relax with resort-style living in our sunny, open floor plan, two bedroom/two bath condo with easy access and keyless entry. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Recover from your days activities on the comfortable living room furniture including an electric recliner, or on the screened in porch. Hi-speed WIFI and three smart TVs are available for your enjoyment.

Enjoy a great nights rest after your day-filled activities on our new Beautyrest 2.0 Plush king prime mattress in the master bedroom, with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds with bath across the hall. Smart TVs are found in both bedrooms. Everything you need to get you started on your stay is provided: hand and dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, paper goods, shampoo and bodywash, fresh bed clothes and towels.

Shorewalk boasts of having 30 acres of serene grounds to enjoy strolls along the provided pathways. Take advantage of all that is offered, including the use of two heated pools and spas, two tennis/pickleball courts, two shuffle board and bocce ball courts, basketball, kids playground, clubhouse, pool and ping- pong tables, barbeque grills, picnic benches, all within a two minute walk from our condo.

If you don't have a car, no problem. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk are groceries(Publix), restaurants, a bowling alley and other entertainments including a golf course right across the street for those that swing a club.

If you have a car, parking is free and you have easy access to what makes Shorewalk and the Bradenton area so special. For beach goers- the white sands of Anna Marie Island including Cortez, Bradenton and Holmes beaches are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided to keep you comfortable while enjoying the beach. For nature lovers, enjoy the expansive walks at Robinson Preserve or DeSoto National park.

For off-site sporting endeavors, IMG Academy and GT Bray Park are only a 5 minute drive away. GT Bray park offers a full complement of workout facilities, clay tennis courts, 20 pickleball courts, sports fields etc. with nominal daily or monthly fees. Numerous golf courses are available throughout the Bradenton/Sarasota counties.

If you are looking for what Sarasota has to offer, it is a 30 minute drive away to enjoy the many dining opportunities and cultural events available throughout the year.

Family beach vacation

The property was very clean. And quiet. It was just a bit further than we expected from the beaches. I wasn't familiar with this area of Florida.

Comfortable & convenient

My family and I had a great long weekend stay. The place was just as described. Cool and clean in a great location close to everything. Nice surprise having beach chairs and a cooler available. Hope to come back next year.

Refreshing Family Getaway

Amazing location, close to lots of amazing beaches, restaurants,supermarkets.The neighborhood was very calm and an amazing resting spot. The apartment was beautiful and so was the complex 10/10 overall.

Bradenton visit

We had an amazing weekend getaway. The condo was absolutely perfect and clean! We took a 40 min drive to Siesta Key. It is still so beautiful even after the hurricanes. We also visited Anna Maria Island Beach which was about a 15 min drive. We look foward to renting again!

Beautiful and comfortable

We really enjoyed staying there, watching soccer games, cooking and eating breakfasts, using the place as home base for outings to visit relatives in the area, walking on beaches, eating at great restaurants, etc. Thank you for the detailed instructions also.

Excellent stay! We stayed here while our daughter was attending camp at IMG academy. Convent location to everything, restaurants, Publix, beaches. Clean and comfortable, updated condo. Needed fast and reliable Wi-Fi as we were working remotely during our stay. Host was prompt with communication and made sure to accommodate all of our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Let's just say I enjoyed my visit so much that i tried to book the same unit for next year. Unfortunately the place was book. However i was able to book a similar condo at Shorewalk for next year. I hope it is as nice as the one i just stayed at.

Great Host

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and check in was easy. What was truly outstanding about our stay was the effort John made after we checked out. My wife left some items at the condo and John did all within his power to organize for us to retrieve those items. Thanks again John

Vacation at Shorewalk

It is very quiet besides the painters at 8:00am starting up the crane and blowers. One morning I stepped outside the front door onto freshly painted sidewalk. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again❤️👍👍👍

Exactly as Shown

Property was exactly as described - very clean, bright, well equipped, comfortable, quiet, good location.The large pool area was only a five minute walk from our unit. Also important to us was access to the beaches, and the location near Cortez made it easy for us to zip out to Anna Maria Island or Long Boat Key. Considering we were there during March, the traffic was relatively light.Our communications with the owner were positive. He is friendly and accommodating. We really had no problems the whole time we were there.We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great stay!

Wow, what a terrific vacation rental! Spacious, clean, relaxing, awesome location! As described and very happy with our stay. Great water pressure in showers, bed comfy. Close to grocery store, a gym (you can get a day pass for free online; not affiliated with the rental), restaurants, and not too far from the beach. The clubhouse was nice, don’t forget your passes, as they check. I think it’s great they check to keep those who do t belong there out and keep the grounds well maintained. Thanks again! Highly recommend!

Stay in Bradenton

This condo was spotlessly clean and inviting. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and furniture was as shown in pictures. John has thought of everything ... not only plenty of dishes, silverware and cleaning agents, but salt pepper, a full spice rack, sugar, coffee and filters. He has upgraded the condo as described. We are sure that when he upgrades and repairs the floors/bathroom mouldings, it will be a perfect place to stay. Check-in and out were effortless. Thank you John for a pleasant stay.

My mother who had shoulder surgery was traveling with me from Texas to visit our cousins for a triple birthday celebration. Having the condo allowed us to accommodate my mom who every 2 hours needed to lay down. The enclosed patio overlooking the lake and was a haven for her to sit outside, but not outside, and do her Bible Study and her exercises. There was an electric recliner for her to comfortably sit and visit in the living room. The two eating areas came in handy. The stay was flawless. If I go back to Florida I know where I will be staying. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond when I had questions about booking his space.

Football Tournament Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at Johns condo. The condo did not disappoint. Very close to IMG academy, very close to many beaches, and great restaurant! The condo had great pools, hot tubs and a club house. We had a great time even playing pickleball. We all had a great time. I would highly stay here again!!
