This place was just as advertised. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked for someone who loves to cook when family is together. Close to lots of shopping and food. The pool toys and beach chairs / umbrella were a great added touch. Would definitely stay again

Great location and unit

We stayed in this condo for the month of February. Shorewalk has great amenities. the condo has a well equiped kitchen and is close to the pools and tennis court. The owner was very responsive and responded quickly to any questions/suggestions we had. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great place to stay in Bradenton

We stayed here for the 2021 Thanksgiving weekend, the community is great: pool, tennis courts, walking paths. House is a good size, perfect for 4, kitchen is well equipped and there is easy parking. We had a great time! I definitely recommend staying here!

Lots of activities

All the activities were awesome - pickleball, pool, tennis, basketball…no one was ever bored. Only issue was a few bugs in condo.

Great condo!

My husband and son were participating in the National Flag Football tournament held at IMG Academy and this condo was perfect! It was less than 5 minutes to the gates of IMG and so close to resturants and the beach! Would recommend this place to anyone!

great location for us

We wanted to be close to IMG and this was perfectly located for us. Couldn't beat it for the price. Hotel's were going for 3 to 4 times the price for IMG Graduation and to have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for the 3 of us was amazing. Ning was great with timely communication.

Great host

Host was extremely responsive and punctual when responding to our questions and requests. She provided all the kitchen utensils and paper goods etc. It is a great place to stay with close proximity to so many important sights , beach and grocery stores.

Clean as a whistle

Great condo for a short stay. Well equipped and timely communication with owner. The condo had a “musty smell” when you walk in but once the fan on the AC unit is on it dissipates quickly. Could use a more comfortable chair in living room but furniture is fine for the space. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Spot for a Florida stay

This rental was amazing and we didn't even take full advantage of all that we could have. 15ish minute drive to the beach, 15ish minute drive to shopping, 30ish minute drive to tampa and much more. Plus, the rental had access to the facility Club House, Pool, and much more that we didn't utilize.

Perfect location

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo. I have family and friends in the LWR and Ellenton area and this puts us right where we want to be! Great dining selections close by, grocery store within walking distance and a very short drive to the beach. This year we had an issue with the AC not working properly and Ning had someone there that day and she is always quick to respond to messages! We will definitely consider this spot again next year!!!

Good location, good size, good amenities

Condo was what we expected from listing. Walkable or short drive to Publix , restaurants and other stores. 20-25 minute drive to beaches. Community has 2 pools, shuffleboard, pickelball/tennis courts and other amenities. Cond was clean, however there was a strong musty smell. Owner has been informed and said they would address.

8 miles to Anna Maria Island!

Convenient and comfortable first floor unit, but a little dark because its front door entrance is hidden behind a large column in a corner. All systems and appliances were in working order, the pool was large and clean, and we liked its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Our only complaint was that a large team of unexpected and very noisy exterior painters arrived on the job super early, music blasting, lots of shouting back and forth right outside our windows to tape off the rear sliders, front door and windows. Sleeping in even a little was impossible.

Ning was very responsive for quick questions. Just a couple small things that would improve impression. Safety hazard entering 2nd bedroom. Wood separation at door (on floor) is loose/comes off if you touch w/toe when walking in room. Wires at TV in Living Room should be covered. Should include specific TV instructions to get started. Hard to figure out if not used to that system.

4th of July get away.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is roomy. Kitchen was well equipped, has everything you need except the food. This was our 2nd time we have stayed at the property.
