This guest never entered or stayed at our condo, as confirmed by our electronic entry system. After receiving a message from VRBO regarding a lizard inside the property, dead roaches on the kitchen floor, and missing blind panels, we immediately inspected the condo and found no evidence of the reported issues. We also attempted to contact the guest but received no response. Since then, we have welcomed multiple guests without similar issues and have continued to receive positive reviews. We have proudly hosted for over a decade, earning 207 reviews with an overall rating of 9.8 out of 10. We take great pride in keeping our condo clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and accurately represented in our listing. We look forward to welcoming future guests and providing the positive experience reflected in our reviews.
