Our wonderfully renovated and furnished lakefront condo is located on the 1st floor of a two-story building situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1250 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer next to the guest bathroom. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Do you want to completely disconnect from everything? OK, then we have a perfect spot for you, the lanai. This a wonderful place to read your favorite book, enjoy your breakfast or sip on your favorite cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard. Nice nice condo

The unit is part of a well maintained, well planned association. The pools are heated. The condo is exactly as pictured, in a quiet relaxing setting. The check in was seamless, the unit ready and clean.

Perfect winter getaway

This was our second year renting and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect for us to visit family in Venice and Lakewood Ranch. Close to other attractions as well. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Nice to sit in the screened in lanai and watch the ducks in the pond. It was nice to have Ervin check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again

Modern Lakefront Condo

The title is a little misleading as the unit we had was a pond not a lake. The unit itself was just as it looked in the pictures, bedrooms are separated by both bathrooms. We only had two little issues, one is that the blinds leading into the Lanai need replaced as every time you open or close a couple of blinds would fall down. The other issue is not just this unit but everywhere we stay the cookware is horrible. The skillets need updated, not just at this site but every place we have stayed in the past! The only thing I could not find at this location was any kind of baking dish. No 9x13 dish, pie dish, or casserole dish. Not sure how to bake anything without one of those? Overall it was a very nice place to stay, the pool was nice and the people we met were very nice!

The property offers numerous amenities that make it a popular year-round destination. This 30-acre property has a fully staffed clubhouse, 2 heated outdoor pools and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tubs, 2 lighted outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ grills, pool table, shuffle board, table tennis, and boccie ball. Inside the clubhouse you can find a variety of reading books as well as Free Wi-Fi. If you forgot to bring your own rackets, ping pong paddles, basketball, etc. don’t worry you can rent everything at the clubhouse, all they require is a small security deposit which you receive back once you return the items you rented. So, what are you waiting for? Bring your bathing suit and come have some fun on your vacation in Shorewalk.
