We had the best stay, the property was as listed and had everything you need to enjoy your stay! The host was always quick to answer the few questions we had. This rental was very family friendly. Coquina beach near by was the best option for us with plenty of shade areas.

The villa was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our beach trips. The location is within a block of two grocery stores and so many restaurants. Just a short 10 minute drive down the road to many beaches. My only complaint was in the master shower there is no shelf to set a razor, soap or anything. Everything had to go on the floor. We would recommend this location for anyone one coming to Bradenton.

Amazing stay. Very clean, pool, very close to Anna Maria Island. Family friendly. Host responds quickly. A lot of home items needed is already there. No need to waste money on buying pots, pans and dishes. Already has seasonings for cooking. Everything needed for the beach as well. Saved us from spending extra funds. If I ever need to go back, I’ll be booking the same place.

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and bright and had all of the necessities for basic cooking. There was also a large closet with everything you need for a trip to the beach including cooler. The location is very convenient, and the pool and other amenities at the community center make this a great spot to hang out and relax.

Kristi’s condo was great. The location is awesome, you can walk to Aldi and Publix and Walmart is just a short drive. The condo has everything that you would need for a great week and the beds were super comfortable. Anna Maria Island is about 6 miles away and the beaches there are the best we have ever been to. Kristi’s place is a 10 out of 10!!!!
