Great place to stay! Close to beaches and IMG baseball fields for tournaments. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Lots of power outlets. Stocked kitchen. Pools and pickle ball courts were great. Well managed property.

We had a wonderful month at this condo. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We loved the lanai overlooking the pond!

We were looking for something in this area to be by relatives and this was perfect. It was actually cheaper than the hotel across the street! Unit was very clean and stocked with all the necessary things we needed. We did have one little glitch getting in but John was very quick to answer his phone and got the questions answered for us. Would definitely go back.

In town for Hurricane Helene cleanup, which unfortunately turned into preparation for Milton. Condo was clean, conveniently located and comfortable after a day of clean up. Would stay here again, but hopefully under better circumstances.

IMG Tournaments

Super easy in and out for IMG tournament. Great laundry machines and beds. Super easy to chat with owner when we had a question. Quick walk to clubhouse with heated pool. Pretty much perfect place for athletes.

Shorewalk has a lot to offer and is a quiet area to enjoy a vacation. Everything you need to feel at home was provided by the host. The decor was a classic beach theme which was perfect for our summer vacation.

Lovely beach holiday in great holiday apartment

Excellently decorated, spacious and well-kitted out apartment which suited our family holiday needs very well, we really enjoyed our stay. In a really convenient location near to the beaches (go early to avoid traffic!), next to large grocery store and good walkable restaurants, nice pools and grounds, we loved having breakfast on the balcony / porch, watching the wildlife in the mornings. Host was communicative and helpful. We recommend Coquina beach for families, a short drive away. Thanks again.

Lovely Time in Bradenton

Very nice condo. Swam daily in the well kept pool. Quiet complex. Would recommend ! Close to many things- loved seeing the manatees at Bishop Science Myseum. Conquina Beach was our favorite beach- free parking, restaurant, chair and umbrella rentals, and clean restrooms! Went to Siesta Keys for the Sunday night drum circle. The Red Barn Flea Market was fun as well. So much to do!

The property was in good condition and clean. We loved the size and the front and back "porch". Lot's of room with a washer and dryer. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Extra eat in nook, nicely decorated. Many televisions. Great communication with the owner. Two pools, nice people. Close to shopping, the gym and not far from the beach. Liked to have stayed longer, will certainly do so the next time. We recommend this place. Chuck

Visit on sad occasion

The property itself was older, but clean and quiet. There are shops, restaurants, and numerous stores nearby. It is well- located, but we found it very disconcerting that there was a group of homeless people just yards from the entrance. A sad commentary on our society. This is no fault of the owner to be sure. This trip was hastily planned and not a vacation. A very close relative ( brother) is in critical condition. We were thankful to find this place on such short notice. Would be happy to return on a happy occasion. Hopefully we can be forgiven for not taking out the trash. We were running late and concerned that we might miss our flight .

I continue to remain involved in recovery advocacy efforts on a volunteer basis, which brings me a sense of immense satisfaction and gratification.

Why they chose this property

My wife & I purchased this condo in order to have close access to Anna Maria's quaint, gorgeous beaches as well as local picturesque landmarks.

What makes this property unique

When we initially moved into our condo it was decorated in a dark Mediterranean style. My wife applied her decorating skills and we transformed it into the light, bright, colorful resort beach condo is was always meant to be!
