You'll be just around the corner from the ocean beach at this newly constructed, three-bedroom home in the heart of Neskowin. Spend your mornings walking to Proposal Rock, your afternoons splashing in the cool ocean waves, and your evenings telling stories and roasting s'mores around the backyard firepit.

This two-story home sits a block and a half back from the ocean, with a beach access point two houses down from Breakers Avenue. It's a wonderful setting whether you're planning to tee off at the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, walk through the eerie Ghost Forest, or take a scenic drive to Pacific City or Lincoln City.

Built in 2022, the house brings a fresh perspective to your annual beach escape. The great room is an open space with a soaring barn-style ceiling, offering a living area with two sofas and an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and beautiful cabinetry and backsplash.

Before hitting the beach in the morning, share stacks of pancakes at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Upon your return, enjoy a quick nap in the hammock before lighting the gas grill and dining al fresco on the back deck. Additional features of this home include a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girl’s weekend

The house is lovely, open and spacious for larger groups. The furnishings are in good repair and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Nice big towels and plenty of them. And essential soaps including shampoo, a plus! The covered deck is nice for sitting out and listening to the ocean and rain. Easy walking distance to the beach and local amenities. Located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We would come back again and highly recommend a stay at Kat’z place!

Great place, great beach village!

The house had everything you would need. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Buy your groceries in Lincoln or pacific city, as the only store in town is unapologeticly overpriced.

Great house.

The house was perfect we were there for my husbands birthday. We walked the beach and had a great dinner at Hawk creek cafe. Plenty of room for five adults we played some board games. Very relaxing just what we wanted.

Thanksgiving vacay

We loved this home. It was a short walk to the beach, you could hear the sound of the ocean from the house, and it was close to North Lincoln City and Pacific City. We hope to come stay again!

Ohset and bday weekend
