Spend your mornings taking leisurely sunrise strolls up the beach or on the property's west lawn. Your morning will be made even better with a coffee and some breakfast at The Cafe on Hawk Creek or the Neskowin Trading Coffee. Continue your explorations just up the road at the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge and in neighboring Pacific City. In the opposite direction, you can explore Lincoln City's many shopping centers and natural areas.

Back at your stay, you will immediately feel at home amidst the open-concept living room equipped with a fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. Gorgeously updated with comfortable furnishings, delightful pieces of artwork, and modern appliances - every inch has been curated for your comfort. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a brand-new microwave and dishwasher.

In the bedroom, you'll be pleased to discover continued ocean views, a work desk, a large smart TV, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. A Murphy wall bed is available in the living room when needed. A space heater, board game collection, and binoculars wrap up the stellar list of interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.
When King Tides are forecasted during winter, plywood boards are likely to be put up to cover all the windows for safety and protection.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
