Mariola is ideal for hosting, with guests loving the chef experience. While the rustic pool deck steps on to your private beach between the trees, slowly reaching the stunning Soliman Bay shoreline.
• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 10 minutes north of Tulum town. This tranquil and exclusive location offers the perfect balance for guests seeking proximity to Tulum’s vibrant energy while enjoying a private slice of paradise.
• Our full-time chefs are here to enhance your stay—whether it’s pre-stocking the fridge with your favorite snacks, sourcing groceries, or preparing tailored meals. The location is ideal for exploring the Tulum area, offering easy access to the marina for yacht trips, the country club for golfing, and some of the region’s most popular cenotes for daytime adventures.
• Hassle-free travel with trusted private transportation for all group sizes, available upon request – all organized by your personal Private Villas Mexico concierge.

Villa Mariola sits on one of the most stunning beaches in the region, Soliman Bay, but also in the best possible position on Soliman Bay right at the northern end of the Bay where the shallow reef-protected waters glisten in all sorts of blue hues. The villa has also kept the majority of the native trees on the land, giving you plenty of shade throughout the beach area and that feeling of privacy which is naturally given by the greenery surrounding the home.
