The apartment MAXIMA 2 is 46 m² in size. It is modernly furnished.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed. The bedroom is equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a chair and a small ironing board and iron. Pillows, quilts, sheets and bedding in hotel quality are of course included.

The living and dining room has a dining table and a cozy corner sofa. It is equipped with flat screen TV.

The modern kitchen offers high comfort. It is equipped with:
- induction hob with 2 hobs

- Kitchen sink
- Dishwasher
- large combined fridge and freezer
- Microwave (with hot air, thawing, grill, combinations)
- Coffee machine

In the apartment is a large bathroom with shower, toilet, urinal, sink and hair dryer. Towels in hotel quality are of course included.

In front of the living room and the kitchen is a balcony (south / west) with garden table, garden chairs and cushions. The covered balcony also offers a way for smokers to smoke. Around the house is a large garden, part of which can be used as a sunbathing area.

There is a parking space next to the house.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house with three floors.

Limitations:

The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with restrictions when climbing stairs.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking. There is a possibility to smoke on the covered balcony.
