About this property

Lazy Bear Cabin in between Geneva-on-the-Lake and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor

Welcome to this cozy, Geneva-on-the- Lake cabin. The cabin is a 3- year- old Amish built log cabin that features an open floor plan and includes two bedrooms and one full bath.

The cabin is housed within a community of other cabins and is located next door to the Saybrook Park and sits along Lake Erie. While the cabin does not have lake views from the front porch, guest do have access to a private beach along the lake.

The cabin is a 5 minutes drive from the heart of Geneva-on- the-Lake.

We also own another cabin within the cabin community. If you have a party larger than 4 people, ask us about the availability of the other cabin and we can assist you in booking both cabins!

The space:
Two-bed, one-bath cabin with a porch, fire pit and located in a cabin community on the lake. The view of the lake, from the beach access, is to die for. From the front porch, enter into the open-concept family room/kitchen featuring hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, etc. Two smart TVs and wifi. Guests have access to the Saybrook park featuring a playground, swings, volleyball, walking path, pavilion, and more!

No smoking. Small dogs allowed.

Guest access:
Guests have complete access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and shed (where we store our personal items). Due to the lack of stair access and due to an abundance of caution, we are restricting access to the loft that is only accessible via a ladder.

Other things to note:
Individuals making reservations must be at least 25 years old.

Terms of the Agreement:
The owner/designee has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. Why they chose this property

Welcome to our little log cabin on the lake. A while ago, we rented a lake cottage in northern Michigan and started dreaming about how great it would be to own our place. We finally found this little gem after saving and searching in February 2021. We appreciate you renting, enjoying, and caring for our cabin as we would.

What makes this property unique

We own two identical cabins in this new log cabin community on the lake next to a state park. There is something for everyone here.
