This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a modern and spacious walk-in shower with a full glass enclosure. Brand new tiles, fixtures, and lighting.

We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. Wonderful stay again!

This is our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect as the first time a year ago. Everything about the property is super cozy and comfortable- from the covered patio and backyard deck, to the furnishings, beds, and linens. The location is in very close proximity to everything, but still has a nice private, tucked away feel. This will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Gainesville!
