Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Bedroom with 3 single beds, lounge and TV. Bathroom with shower, WC, window, washing machine and Ironing board, clothes horse, iron.
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, TV and DVD. Dining room with dinette and High chair made of solid beech wood - adjustable. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), coffee machine, toaster and Egg cooker, blender hand blender. The kitchen is fully equipped !!. You have access to the terrace. Storeroom with pantry. Separate toilet with WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at folding bed, lounge, TV and (the additional bed is a high quality folding bed with a very good mattress). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and with dressing room. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pfreimd, district of Pfreimd, 457 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1,300 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
